lestajigs Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 Yakubu, Abe, Gally, PVA and Dyer cost us against Coventry, not him. Yea they couldn't score, but who let a silly goal in?
marbelladave Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 That's just something you've completely made up Not at all.... He has got it from all the posts that say that he flaps at crosses. If it's on FT it must be right.....
DeclanMC Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 That's just something you've completely made up Have you not seen how he jumps out for the ball, and completely fails to make any contact
SMX11 Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 i can understand why people are nervous with Ricardo in goal but chanting Weale's name is not on only going to make him worse. does anyone remember how the crowd used to boo everytime Jimmy Willis touched the ball, it was disgusting! he did eventually manage to turn the crowd round, hopefully Ricardo will do the same. Just get behind whoever is playing!!! The chanting of Weales name is complete joke, it is not as if he has been perfect throughout his time at Leicester.
Haydos Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 Have you not seen how he jumps out for the ball, and completely fails to make any contact And you're trying to write a blog? You can't take the fact that he's not too comfortable with high balls and turn it into 'it's cost us goals' because it literally isn't true.
The Doctor Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 Have you not seen how he jumps out for the ball, and completely fails to make any contact i've seem him jump out for the ball but i've not seen him fail to make contact. I'll also point out he's probably caught as many, if not more than he's punched.
Babylon Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 i've seem him jump out for the ball but i've not seen him fail to make contact. Corky Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 But the fact is Babs that Weale has looked unbeatable all season whilst Ricardo has done nothing right. You can't dispute that.

anotherharboroughfox Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 But the fact is Babs that Weale has looked unbeatable all season whilst Ricardo has done nothing right. You can't dispute that. apart from long range?
Bob Farley Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 apart from long range? but even then he played well, take a look at the sheff united game for example.
anotherharboroughfox Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 but even then he played well, take a look at the sheff united game for example. don't get me wrong, I'd rather have Weale in goal. However I just think the 'Weale' chanting is ridiculous. Plus, Ricardo hasn't actually cost us any points yet. Against Cardiff, poor defensive marking. I'm sure many will say he did against Cov, but PVA dived in allowing the winger to have as much time as he wanted to pick out King. Yes Ricardo could have done better, but what about Yakubu's chances, and PVA's smash over, and Lloyd's chance at the end.

Even after watching it again later on the f.l show on sat night I still can't see how dyer missed that!
ajthefox Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 But the fact is Babs that Weale has looked unbeatable all season whilst Ricardo has done nothing right. You can't dispute that. How are they even remotely facts?
Webbo Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 How are they even remotely facts? DoubleTreble Whooosh.
ajthefox Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 woosh! ... I think that makes it triple woosh
acooling08 Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 So basically: - Ricardo is shit - We all want Weale to start - However, don't chant for Weale or boo Ricardo when Ricardo is playing. - Support whoever's playing. /thread
Ozwin Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 On Saturday: *Ricardo catches the ball* Crowd: WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYY YOU PRICCCKKKK YOU CAUGHT IT FOR ONCE WHEEEEEEYYYYYYY *Ricardo catches the ball for the 5th time in the game* Crowd: WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYY TWATTOOOOOO CAUGHT IT FOR ONCE, GO BACK TO PORTUGAL YOU ****!!!! Infuriating stuff, I don't get how that's productive in the slightest.
B52 Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 I think it's embarressing for the fans that Bamba has to defend Ricardo...
Rusko187 Posted 28 February 2011 Posted 28 February 2011 Early days for judgement, yes he's fumbled a couple of times and he got nutmegged for the goal on saturday but is everyone seriously saying that when they play football that has never happened to them? I specifically remember Mee having a shocking debut (2 penalties spring to mind) and no-one getting on his case! look at him now though, granted he didn't get played Saturday but nothing short of solid performances in recent times. Just give Ricardo a bit more time and get off his nuts, he hasn't got 70 caps for Portugal for nothing and he's still an ok age to be a goal keeper. Makes you laugh how some people are questioning Svens methods at times, because they can do better on football manager they think they are better than a manager who has got the best out of so many teams... has everyone forgot where we were before he took over? I'm sure Sven knows what he is doing.
