Hodgson wanted him, so Hodgson was impressed with him at Fulham and Fulham were amazing under big Roy. Some moves can work out some can't, Konchesky with Liverpool didn't work but at Championship level he would be good, he did good at Forest didn't hear any bad reviews of his time there. His confidence may be knocked a bit, but a player of his calibre should do well in this league when given time, he is a very good player was at Charlton and was at Fulham.

Plus i don't think he was ever 100% fit when on loan at F**est.
