Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 24 November 2011 Posted 24 November 2011 Never rated Mattock, Bruno was always much better.
Fox92 Posted 25 November 2011 Posted 25 November 2011 I have to say I did like Mattock, and I did rate him as well. I was sad to see him leave, especially for only a million, but if a player doesn't want to be here, regardless of his quality, I don't care if he leaves. In fact, it is better. West Brom was never a step forward anyway, especially when he was previously linked to West Ham and Everton who are both much bigger clubs. When he played for Sheffield United last season, and we played them away on Feb 1st, he said in the program that he wants to play for Leicester again because he loves the club. Well, if he has love for the club, why leave?
ousefox Posted 25 November 2011 Posted 25 November 2011 Mattock was shite, no way near as good as people claimed he was just because he was from Leicester. Obviously doesn't get a look in at WBA and is no way near Konchesky's standard. I'd probably rather have ryan mcgivern!
leicesterisme Posted 25 November 2011 Posted 25 November 2011 Mattocks done fvck all at West Brom, he left us to try and better himself and looking at how is career panned out he's not exactly fulfilled that ambition and If I'm being honest it serves him right. Probably one of the most thickest footballers I've ever seen aswell, dopey bastard.
davieG Posted 26 November 2011 Posted 26 November 2011 Nolan puts WHU 2-1 up against Derby What a great buy he was for WHU how did they persuade him to drop down a division.
Schlupp Posted 26 November 2011 Posted 26 November 2011 Nolan puts WHU 2-1 up against Derby What a great buy he was for WHU how did they persuade him to drop down a division. I think Big Sam might've had something to do with it.
purpleronnie Posted 26 November 2011 Posted 26 November 2011 well it looks I was completely wrong about derby.
StanSP Posted 26 November 2011 Posted 26 November 2011 Coventry 6 points off safety and can't get a win for love nor money? This makes me happy.
MC Prussian Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Southampton winning their twenty-first home game in succession. Nottingham F33s6xt... And Derby County are losing as well. Bristol City continue to rise from the ashes, currently drawing 2-2 at Watford.
ScouseFox Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Forest 4 down at home, and down to 10 men. Derby currently sitting in 16th. Incredible.
Corky Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Not a bad evening to be a Leicester fan. Slightly frustrating that Doncaster couldn't take a point to put Coventry bottom
Salieri Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Southampton winning their twenty-first home game in succession. Nottingham F33s6xt... And Derby County are losing as well. Bristol City continue to rise from the ashes, currently drawing 2-2 at Watford. That is bloody impressive! Does anyone know what the domestic record is?
Corky Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 There was a season when Brenford (I think) won all of their home league games. 21 in 1929-30 (thanks to the Football Yearbook). Southampton's aren't all league games, I don't know what the overall record is.
StanSP Posted 29 November 2011 Posted 29 November 2011 Coventry aren't even good enough to play with the rest of us anymore . I know they played last week because Cardiff played in the CC today. Anyway, Forest in 22nd spot, Coventry 1 below them. Derby lost - Great night for Leicester fans! Leeds win. Vokes, Church, Kingy scoring. Bellamy 2 assists in the CC. Newport County and Cardiff win. Tonight was Gary Speed's night. RIP.
Happy Fox Posted 30 November 2011 Posted 30 November 2011 Burnley 4 -0 Ipswich That is the sixth game in a row they have lost
Corky Posted 30 November 2011 Posted 30 November 2011 The last time they lost 6 in a row they played us. Thankfully they don't this time.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 30 November 2011 Posted 30 November 2011 I'd take McGugan. Forest should never have got rid of Billy Davies, top manager. Not for me. Too much of an attitude (an opinion not just based on their forum today)

I thought Cotterill had been doing ok and to be fair someone did say he's won 4/8 or something which over the whole season would see them in the top 10. They say they have serious problems and thats probably true, but I'd be amazed if they went down.

lcfcadam Posted 30 November 2011 Posted 30 November 2011 Not the Championship but Darren Ambrose just scored an astonishing goal for Palace against United.
marko Posted 30 November 2011 Posted 30 November 2011 Darren Ambrose just scored an astonishing goal for Palace against United. It was a beaut'. Paddy Mac has just given away a penalty.
