Is Beckford a really nice guy?

I heard early in the season that he was a bit of a loner and didn't get on very well with people...

Obviously I don't know him but I'd like to believe what was posted above!

I think this may have been true under Sven but he seems to have come out of his shell a lot lately and scoring goals has helped greatly.

He's just joined a new club, Sven was trying to change the way he played, he wasn't playing very well and neither were the whole team.

No wonder he wasn't getting on with people and didnt wanna talk.

Birch said the other day that Beckford gives him a hug every morning.

ETA: Presumably on the training ground.

Anybody listening today?

Someone said "people shouldn't boo" and then at the end said "everyone is entitled to their own personal opinion" lol

I don't see what's wrong with that :dunno:

People boo because the team has played poor. That is someone's opinion.

He said booing, an opinion, is wrong, and then said everyone is entitled to an opinion.

He said he believed booing was wrong, that is his opinion but he recognised that others may have a different opinion - well based on how you posted it.

If people messaged me on a social networking site telling me and my friend/colleague how bad i was at my job using that language, i would block them too...

Agreed. I don't understand why people think it's ok to be a complete arsehole just because it's Twitter or Facebook (or Foxestalk ;) ). Or just because the person they are talking to is famous/well-known they can speak to them as if they are not actually real people.

There are famous and well-known people on here?

(I'm not including the infamous Colin Trouserman)

What has Chris Powell had to say?

Basically, he said he was looking forward to tonight. Enjoyed his time at Leicester, and all that. Stringer obviously asked him about Kermorgrant and Powell said the penalty is in the past, but he knows Kermorgrant is technically-gifted player, so that's why he took him to Charlton. Was walking about Logan and he said, shall I come out and take a penalty in my suit? lol
