Collymore Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 I think we should hire James Whale to do the moan in. Now that would be fun.
smudger63 Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 I don't mind Stringer cutting people off if they are talking nonsense. I listen to Alan Green's 606 on the way back from work every Sunday and he puts some of the clueless people right in their place. Well Stringer has made a career out of talking nonsense!Alan Green is another one who only likes to hear from people who hold the same opinion as himself. It must be a BBC thing!
RonnieTodger Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 For what it's worth I like Stringer. He's going to have to be opinionated in order to do his job, and to do so, he has to get his point across. He might be wrong sometimes but I'd much rather have him commentating than some bland, politically correct robot. That's not without saying he doesn't make mistakes or some silly comments, however. Let's not forget in comparison to a lot of broadcasters in this field, he's relatively young and should become more professional and well informed of what-to-do and what-not-to as his career progresses.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 Danny Baker's not busy! I'd prefer someone who knows about football, or sport in general - actually, anything at all. Well Stringer has made a career out of talking nonsense! Alan Green is another one who only likes to hear from people who hold the same opinion as himself. It must be a BBC thing! So right - does my head in.
kingfox Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 You have gone all quiet since I answered you back Mark...
Mark_w Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 Was my comment about Waghorn at the weekend utter shite? Congratulations on one sensible post, maybe in another 4 years we might get a second.
kingfox Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 Congratulations on one sensible post, maybe in another 4 years we might get a second. Was my threads which got altogether about 25 rep points utter shite as well? I think that makes three sensible posts, and probably the two most sensible threads this year on Foxes Talk. It seems you can't come up with anything like that.

Do you seriously pride yourself on your amount of rep points?

Danizen Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 I think we should hire James Whale to do the moan in. Now that would be fun. I used to love listening to him. He knew how to talk to idiots. Do you seriously pride yourself on your amount of rep points? +1 I hope you're proud of yourself.
kingfox Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 Do you seriously pride yourself on your amount of rep points? Nope, just very rare on here that a thread get's over 5 rep pts, let alone 10+ So all Mark needs to do is look at them. Also people say my banter is shite as well, yet most of my rep pts have come from me being funny.

I honestly don't remember every post you've ever made, but so you don't get the hump that I haven't responded I should point out that this post has been acknowledged. Do you seriously pride yourself on your amount of rep points? You only said that to get + rep . (It worked, +1)
Danno Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 I used to love listening to him. He knew how to talk to idiots. +1 I hope your proud of yourself. Thank you, my life aspiration is to get the highest amount of rep points on Foxestalk

anotherharboroughfox Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 Danny Dyer should present it. Him or Brian Blessed.

Have better things to be doing rather than getting the hump. Like listening to One Direction's new album.
Carl the Llama Posted 12 November 2012 Posted 12 November 2012 To be fair, rep points aren't exactly proof of content. I got one for quoting the Paedofinder General - does that make me a great poster? +1 if you liked this post
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 13 November 2012 Posted 13 November 2012 I don't even know what Rep Points are. I feel like an outsider
Guest Col city fan Posted 13 November 2012 Posted 13 November 2012 I don't even know what Rep Points are. I feel like an outsider I was the same DJ until Babs enlightened me...
Collymore Posted 13 November 2012 Posted 13 November 2012 Stringer was shocking last night. He needs to be brought down a peg or two.
Corky Posted 14 November 2012 Posted 14 November 2012 I don't even know what Rep Points are. I feel like an outsider Hey, you get to speak to Adrian Durham every day. Rep points just aren't the same.
