Stadt Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 Never happen but I think Di Matteo would be a good international manager.
wattolcfc Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 Harry has proved he is one of the best in the transfer market... unfortunately international management is a completely different ball game.
Donut Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 Harry has proved he is one of the best in the transfer market... unfortunately international management is a completely different ball game. Some of his transfer deals at West Ham were abysmal I dont think hes done very much in the way of developing players, or has the tactical flexibility and knowledge to the level of an international manager
SeCrEt FoX Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 Redknapp for me BUT I'd love it if it was Mourinho. That bloke could make England a team with a winning mentality. Don't care if he's not English whoever it is I just want to see England win a facking Tournament before I die!!!!
Saxondale Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 MON has just backed Redknapp when asked on ITV!
Libertine Dream Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 Can he be a part-time boss so they can manage both club and country or can they only manage England? If so Harry will be perfect otherwise I think he could get fed up if not being involved. Ill put my application in anyway, one of these days it will work!
Tielemans63 Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 I wonder what 'Arry will be on after tax Same as he'll be on before tax
Jimothy Posted 8 February 2012 Posted 8 February 2012 I wonder what 'Arry will be on after tax Not sure, but the dog is gonna be on about £4m a year.
RedHux Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 There's no Steve Cotterill option? This make me sad
kingfox Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Probably Redknapp, but Brendan Rodgers as a very outside bet, quality manager. Should get it in a couple of years time in my view.
darko2k7 Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 HR would be my first choice especially as the fa have stated numerous times that the next manager will be british so he is really the best of the brits available . But...... I personally wouldn't mind Arsène Wenger only for the fact I feel he would be great at bring the next generation through .
Kitchandro Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 It will be Redknapp I'm sure. Get ready for at least four more years of Lampard! Seriously though I do think he's the obvious choice, even if he is a cock. I just can't wait to see the back of the old guard.
Kitchandro Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 I'd go so far as to say he was a good England manager. We played much better football under him than anyone else lately. This is stirring memories of Le Tournoi! I downloaded the England-Argentina match from France 98 recently, I couldn't believe how good we were compared to now. That was back when they played with a bit of pride and spirt, and football fans cared about England.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 With out sounding anti-English. Who would really want the job? (apart from the money) The expectation is too high England in my opinion are an above average side who can't compete with the big names, yet the Media and general public expect the team to win Euro and WC every time of asking.
The Doctor Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Craig Levein, Craig Levein, Craig Levein!!!! Please?
Raj Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Arry'Im just a normal East Larndon Guy with offshore accounts in my dogs name" GIve it to O'Neil.
Brenfox Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Would not be surprised to see a caretaker in place until after the Euros. Sven maybe?
ozleicester Posted 9 February 2012 Posted 9 February 2012 Im expecting The Special one to lead The Special country.
