The two clubs see this as an attack on the very own rules defined by Canal+ which imply that the game should not be taken into disrepute by media coverage. This action now includes Canal+ being omitted from press conferences, player interviews and the player dugout area in general. The French Football Association FFF has subsequently banned Ibrahimovic for four and Payet for two games for bad language used in the games Bordeaux - PSG and OM - Lyon respectively. Some sources say it's only down to TV rights - PSG is owned by Qatar. And they sure do favour beIN Sports as their sports channel.
