Destination X seems like good fun. 

 

Just caught up on the first episode. I saw the France clues but thought it was too obvious/a red herring...

Watching this Bonnie blue doc. Not only is she off her head but some of the images channel 4 have shown are mortifying.

Anyone else watching Atomic People on BBC4?

 

Interviews with survivors of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The Hibakusha. Truly horrific descriptions.

 

A weapon so terrifying it hasn't been used for 80 years. What kind of sentient race would keep such things?

A sentient race that in their desperation for supremacy opened Pandora's Box. 

 

And now it's almost impossible to close.

 

Though the debate on the bombings themselves probably deserve their own thread.

The idea being that nuclear weapons would prevent future war.

The Birmingham City documentary on Amazon Prime is interesting.

 

Appointing Rooney was such a fvck up and a great way to start the new ownership lol

 

Not keen on Tom Brady tbh. He may be the GOAT of NFL but comes across as a bell end IMO

 

Quite like the Blues fans on it though. An even more miserable and pessimistic bunch than we are :D

Only one episode in myself and I agree Tom Brady comes across as a bit of a pillock - he worked out Rooney pretty quick but that doesn't take a genius. The brains behind it all is the Jeff Bezos lookalike and presume Brady is just a pin up for the media.

Three episodes and I've decided it's shite. The clues are too easy and a lot of the contestants are not very bright at all.

I was half watching the first episode and not sure if I missed something but the footballer clues meant it was one of two countries didn't it? But a load said neither of them.

There’s a football related clue in the third episode which is stupidly easy

The last two were really easy. The 3rd episode in particular I thought had to be some kind of red herring it was so obvious.
