I can't believe what I've just watched. What a ridiculous season.

Man Utd, born winners, lose the title from 8 points ahead to perennial chokers Manchester City, with 2 goals in stoppage time.

Bayern Munich, a German team, loses on penalties, at home, to Chelsea, who finished 6th in the Premier League and had numerous players out through suspension, after being 1-0 up with 7 minutes to go and being in front in the shootout. Oh, and Schweinsteiger missed, the ice-cold German who scored the winning penalty at the Bernabau of all places.

I've seen it all. Except Leicester winning the FA Cup.

Harry Redknapp's had a shocking few months, misses out on the England job to someone who rates Stewart Downing and then misses out on the Champions League to London rivals who finished 2 places behind them.

Yeah, I was proper nervous for the shoot out. Usually I enjoy them because it's a bit of excitement and I'm not arsed who wins, but I really wanted Chelsea to do it. And it had to be Drogba. Great story.

I wasn't quite that fervent but I did pump my fist. I do think it will really show what kind of a club Chelsea are if they don't offer Di Matteo and Drogba new contracts. Any good will towards Chelsea was undone by seeing Terry lift the trophy and the way the players were too busy trying to get their mugs on tv to shake all the hands and allow lampard to lift the trophy properly.
