Every squad in the league would take Beckford and Nugent, no question about it. We're in a fantastic position so shut it and just enjoy it while you can. We had some utter turd play up front in the past remember?

People soon forget just how bad things can get once we have a bit of money again.

Don't forget the FA cup goal though! Sublime finish from the big fella... Carl Cort was brilliant. He scored against Chelsea you know. What a duffer he turned out to be.. We had it all the time with Fryatt and he still manages to be one of the top scorers in the league. Granted, Nugent hasn't really done it yet in the Prem but he was alright at Burnley and I think his game has matured so think he would not only make the step up but by a good striker in the Prem. Just my opinion though.
