Requested a transfer to go to Bolton lol ... with a mighty one point more than us and also getting dumped out the cup. Their fans are doing their nut over Coyne and want him gone. lol

If he goes we need to get a real finisher in, I don't see an of our strikers as a poacher.

Can't help but think the two biggest transfer misses we've had were the Ashley Williams bid Swansea turned down under Sousa and the Sharp transfer he turned down. Would have been a couple of huge players for us.

If we lose beckford it can only mean two things to me, either

1) it's yet another self destructive Pearson ego trip in which case I do hope we get thrashed tomorrow and Pearson ****s off, or

2) we're in bad shape financially and the Thais are looking to limit their losses in which case we're not going anywhere

1) it's yet another self destructive Pearson ego trip in which case I do hope we get thrashed

tomorrow and Pearson ****s off, or

2) we're in bad shape financially and the Thais

are looking to limit their losses in which case we're not going anywhere

Or 3) we bought a dud who has done nothing productive for this club, and Pearson is getting rid of him to free up some cash for a potential loan or January signing.

Or he is not a huge loss to the team, doesn't add that much and only plays well when it's on his terms - when he wants it/when he can be bothered.

Therefore is there much point in having him here.

On his day he can be one of, if not the best player and important player to the team...he doesn't many of 'his days' though unfortunatly.

Sven!!! should never have got rid / forced pearson out the door in the first place, then once we had should have given Sousa more time. To change a teams style of play completly while making them settle into a team, its a long term thing need a season at least not 5 or so games

Yes, as even without a goal he still puts in a shift. Where JB usually goes missing.

No I don't when we are talking about this level. Burton scored 4 against us, doesn't mean their strikers are championship level.

They both scored 7 league goals post Christmas. Which is just about the only decent shout for giving Becks more time.

To be fair.

Only 2 of Becks' goals were against lower league opposition.

Both strikers scored against higher league opposition.

Work rate is exceptional

we don't need people with excellent work rate, we need a goal scorer!!!! 35 goals in 100 plus games at league 2 level tells me he aint good enough

Whenever anyone that has played with Beckford, or trained with him, speaks of him, they always say his attitude is great and is one of the nicest guys there. The first to go round and speak to everyone to see how they are each day apparently.
