It's crucial for Neymar to join a European club ASAP so that he can get used to playing against the best defenders in the world on a regular basis in anticipation for the World Cup. At the moment he struggles to make an impact when not given the space and time that he receives in the Brazilian league. It's going to be fascinating to see how he adapts to European football.

Which game did you see? I saw him at Old Trafford against Belarus and he was superb. He definitely has a lot to work on though.
