Dr The Singh Posted 16 May 2014 Posted 16 May 2014 I'm not drinking until the 30th of the month, it's only fair everyone on foxestalk does the same.
Unabomber Posted 16 May 2014 Posted 16 May 2014 Adnam's broadside it is. Cheers. Lovely drop. Weihenstephan Dunkel for me, cheers.
The People's Hero Posted 16 May 2014 Posted 16 May 2014 Sorry about the erroneous apostrophe. My phone is convinced it should be there.
Unabomber Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 I just had a Sierra Nevada Band Camp #33. Wow. Went to the offie on Clarendon Park road earlier and nearly got a bottle of that, didn't in the end though.
Trav Le Bleu Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Whilst the World Cup was on Asda was doing 4 ales for £5, so I tried a few different one (whilct usually buying at least one bottle of Doombar. From this I have discerned that I like this... http://www.oldtombeer.co.uk/# and this...
Rincewind Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 One or two supermarkets do some good multibuys. I'm not a big drinker at home though. Still got a bottle of wine from last year was going to have it promotion time but never got round to it.

GingerrrFox Posted 26 July 2014 Posted 26 July 2014 Went to the offie on Clarendon Park road earlier and nearly got a bottle of that, didn't in the end though. It's a hell of an IPA. Nice and hoppy.
Leeds_Fox95 Posted 27 July 2014 Posted 27 July 2014 In Whitlocks the other day up here with my old man, we tried a chocolate ale, can't remember who it was made by or what it was called but it was fantastic. Totally justified spending 4 quid on and I told myself I'd never spend over 3.50 for a pint. Any Adnams is my usual drop, keen on the Guinness special export at the minute as well...does anybody else find draught Guinness disappointing? Much prefer original. The Doctor Posted 27 July 2014 Posted 27 July 2014 In Leeds? I'd guess at saltaire triple chocoholic - ****ing lovely beer that one. Saltaire are lovely. However, I have to go to salamander brewery for a beer night next Friday on business, so they're better

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 29 July 2014 Posted 29 July 2014 In Whitlocks the other day up here with my old man Whitelocks is the business! Friends of Ham, the Belgrave and the White Swan favourite Leeds bars for me when I was at uni. Tapped is class as well.
Leeds_Fox95 Posted 29 July 2014 Posted 29 July 2014 Whitelocks is the business! Friends of Ham, the Belgrave and the White Swan favourite Leeds bars for me when I was at uni. Tapped is class as well. Belgrave is the only ones out of those I've been to. Split my time between Whitlocks when I'm in town and Brudenell social when I'm at home, alright in there if you can look beyond all the edgey fxckers asking you for a key. Stone roses bar at night, even if a bit expensive.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 29 July 2014 Posted 29 July 2014 I used to go in the Brudey nearly everyday, free pool 12-4 and cheap and cheerful
Leeds_Fox95 Posted 29 July 2014 Posted 29 July 2014 Good beers on aswell, proper shameless gaff though
Leicfox Posted 2 August 2014 Posted 2 August 2014 Just had a bottle of this, 99p from B&M Bargains. and a bottle of this, £1.29 B&M Bargains... Both mega.
Carl the Llama Posted 3 August 2014 Posted 3 August 2014 Had a Fursty Ferret last night. I know it's not mega exciting over there since it's available all over the country, but it's easily one of the best mass-produced ales and being out of the country it's somewhat difficult to find any decent ales. That is until the shop I work at started stocking it as the result of a conversation between my supervisor and me.
