Foxhateram Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 It's going to the wire this. Cant believe this league, 12th downwards could still be relegated! Crazy stuff, on the flip of that 12th upwards could still make the po at a push. Just crazy. 4 even 5 teams scrapping in and around the play offs. This league is so so competitive, no other league is like it. Think wel doit though. Tonight was a BIG win, like LEEDS away in the l1 season.
Father Ted Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 SCHLUPP SCHLUPP SCHLUPP SCHLUPP SCHLUPP ****ING LOVE HIM
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Tbf yes James and others were deserving of praise tonight but I thought Kingy was class too (bar the mistake for the equaliser). He had a great game and had a massive say on the result tonight.
ashfosse Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 great win lads and a good performance.....and finally some f**king pace up front! cheers jeff. WYS
Guest Bilo Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Call me nuts, but fourth isn't beyond us if we beat Palace and the teams around us don't hit form. Taking a team back to a SUPPORTIVE Filbert Way filled with 30,000 singing fans in the second leg would be enormous.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 I can't put into words how exciting/tense/fukin squeaky bum time that game was. It was incredible. I'd say in terms of drama it topped Cardiff in the playoffs. I'd also say the celebrations when Dyer scored were better than Kings goal in the away leg at Cardiff. Perhaps I'm getting carried away, I dunno! My heart cannot take much more of this. So happy my old man was there to see that too. Schlupp looks brilliant! So happy I came back from Reading for the match. Off to bed, back off to Reading at 5am. Palace here we come. Oh and how brilliant were us fans today? ****in immense, it makes such a difference when we get behind them
yorkie1999 Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 I reckon with how other teams are playing a win and a draw should be enough for playoffs
Tom17LCFC Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 What did L and K look like when Dyer scored? It was absolute raptures.
Guest Bilo Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 We are not just a good Championship team... I'm not taking the piss for once! Win on Saturday and with Brighton and Palace's indifferent form, fourth or fifth is there for the taking.
lcfcliam Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Don't know if it has been mentioned but did anybody see what happened to N'Gog? The woman behind me was crying with joy at full time!
Finnegan Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Don't know if it has been mentioned but did anybody see what happened to N'Gog? The woman behind me was crying with joy at full time! There was an ambulance leaving the players' entrance when we came out, I really hope it wasn't him. Though if it was and it was THAT severe then surely it would have gone before full time? Oh and as for what happened - he got Wes'd.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Any links to the goals? I'm waiting for SSN to show em. I'll try n upload them then
Bluetintedspecs Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Biggest thing was the ball got held up, Wood was brilliant and bought time to bring the others into the game. Said in Matty James thread he was 100% my MOTM, quality performance and Wood was not far behind, excellent CF play.
Simmo86 Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Never known celebrations like it in L1 when Dyer scored. Went totally bananas!
Babylon Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Said in Matty James thread he was 100% my MOTM, quality performance and Wood was not far behind, excellent CF play. Would agree and in that order.
shiv Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Oh my goodness. What a win. Need to go to Selhurst Park with the same winning mentality! And we actually won a game coming from behind! (Yes I'm aware we did it at Burnley but it's a rarity)
The Year Of The Fox Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 What did L and K look like when Dyer scored? It was absolute raptures. That was immense. I often get a bit carried away when describing celebrations, but for me that beat the Cardiff away scene when King scored How good was Wood as soon as he scored the penalty? It was literally that quick a transformation!

It was literally that quick a transformation! Absolutely insane mate, I think it was the fact that we had 2 goals in quick succession on top of Dyer just absolutely smashing it home. I didn't realise he'd taken his top off until I saw the pictures on the site
Nod.E Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Just been sat for half hour in front of Sky Sports with camera ready. It's gone to League One. They showed 0-0 Brighton but not 3-2 Leicester? Crazy.
Jakemoore Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Any idea why SSN aren't showing our goals? I'm itching!! They must not have the footage
Father Ted Posted 16 April 2013 Posted 16 April 2013 Mad celebrations for 2nd and 3rd goals, although L1 definitely went more nuts when Keane scored vs Leeds and imo Schlupp vs Birmingham..
