Stadt Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Ok.My actual point was more that he doesn't do anything in the big games and scoring against San Marino doesn't mean much.
Stadt Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 It's a shame Coleman, Bale and Ramsey aren't English.
Unabomber Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 How quick was Moyes down the tunnel at the end! Straight down there.
Matt Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Lovely stuff. Moyes really hasn't got long left surely.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 I know I'm like a dog with a bone but Rooney needs dropping. From both sides. Moyes will do NOTHING whilst building his side around him
Leicesterpool Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Lovely stuff. Moyes really hasn't got long left surely. I can't imagine they'll be many Man U fans chanting "David Moyes Man U army"
Matt Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 I'd love him to be gone before the end of the season and thought he would but I think it's gone to far now he'll make it to the end of the season, he'll be gone within 10 games next season I think. We'll be 9th game next season, beat United at OT, he'll be gone the next morning. Heard it hear first.
Unabomber Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Just watching MOTD were people actually complaining about Sunderland's pen? It was a clear pen!
kingfox Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 That win for Everton was never in doubt, Martinez is far better than Moyes, and the team Martinez has inherited is far better. Everton were good under Moyes, but Martinez has taken them to the next level, what a manager, love the guy. McCarthy & Barry as well, what two great signings he has made there, like I said a couple weeks back, they really need to get Barry permanently.
wakeyfox01 Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Altidore trod on his leg and went down. Azpilicueta would've been nowhere near him if he didn't stick a leg out to buy it.

Everton were good under Moyes, but Martinez has taken them to the next level, what a manager, love the guy. They are much better attack wise. Moyes deserves another season I guess but he's going to have to start well or be out. Shame Everton lost in the week - feel Arsenal will win all their remaining games and come 4th.
Unabomber Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Mark Hughes complaining about Cardiff's penalty, wow.
Corky Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Man United had so much of the ball but never really looked like scoring, Everton always looked dangerous on the counter attack, very comfortable win for them. The PA message about sitting down is to do with the disabled section, like Charlton it isn't at the front so fans are standing in the way.

Fox92 Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Mark Hughes complaining about Cardiff's penalty, wow. Nothings new with Hughes complaining!
Scousenotenglish Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Scary how close we are to the title. 3 more games to go. Waited 24 years for this since we last won the league.

Alf Bentley Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Nothings new with Hughes complaining! Spot on! There are a lot of managers who just whinge about referees and opposing teams when they lose (Mourinho, Allardyce, Warnock...), but I really think that Hughes is consistently the most graceless, sour-faced whingebag of the lot. Scary how close we are to the title.. Not as close as we are, mate! I do hope that you make it, though, and that Everton make 4th...think the former will happen, now, but not the latter, unfortunately for Martinez, who is the polar opposite to whingebag Hughes (as Rodgers is, to be fair...though Dalglish & Souness were prize whingebags in their time...)
Dan Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 I just find it funny how he's singled out all the time. He still remains one of our (England) only players to be able to produce something from nothing, and he has shown that down the years. It's no coincidence that he's played for United, one of the Worlds greatest teams, for all this time. He isn't a striker in my opinion, more a number ten. But as a Country we have no striker that is better than him. Sturridge. Genuinely believe he's a better natural forward. He'll score more goals. Rooney isn't what he was.
Bert Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Nothings new with Hughes complaining! You can almost guarantee that Hughes is going to say his team deserved to win or that whatever went against them in the game was totally the wrong decision.
Corky Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Hughes definitely doesn't subscribe to the cliche that decisions even themselves out.
Scousenotenglish Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Hahahahahahahaha get on that at Goodison Park today
Bert Posted 20 April 2014 Posted 20 April 2014 Love Suarez as a player. But I can't believe he did what he did today when he was pretending to be injured then got straight up when Liverpool were on the attack. Utterly disgusting.

But I can't believe he did what he did today when he was pretending to be injured then got straight up when Liverpool were on the attack. Utterly disgusting. I could name about 5 players who do it week in and week out. Only because he is the best player in the league and he's not English and playing for Liverpool, he receives the shitty end of the stick. I don't care what he does. When he's got the ball, he demolishes anyone who's in front of him and dicks them about.
