Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 15 July 2013 Posted 15 July 2013 Wait wait... it says "Official Pizza of..." much like when the Olympics/World Cup are on, every advert is "Wrigleys Extra, the official chewing gum of London 2012" or "Gillette - the official razor blade of the England football team" Is it just one of those minor sponsorships, or is this actually going to be the Papa John Football League Championship? Because that would be mental
Narborough_fox Posted 15 July 2013 Posted 15 July 2013 No surprises to see the photo shoot for it at MK Frachise...
21st Century Fox Posted 15 July 2013 Posted 15 July 2013 The Football League's Chief Commercial Officer, Richard Heaselgrave, said: "This is a partnership that will be really popular with fans. Like our clubs, Papa John's are located in towns and cities across the country and they will reach out to supporters with a range of promotions and tailor made offers.

Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 15 July 2013 Posted 15 July 2013 Am I the only person whos never heard of 'Papa John's'? I have heard the name, but had no idea it was a large chain. Got no idea where any branches are, or if they're any good. How much is it to sponsor the football league? I might have a go next time.

Ricey Posted 15 July 2013 Posted 15 July 2013 It won't be called the Papa John's Championship. They still haven't found a sponsor for the naming rights.

Bert Posted 15 July 2013 Posted 15 July 2013 I wonder if they'll give us free pizzas. Anyway, they're quite nice. Might have one tonight.
Adster Posted 15 July 2013 Posted 15 July 2013 There's a new one in Hinckley. Might have to go order one now!
ScouseFox Posted 15 July 2013 Posted 15 July 2013 Hope they sell their scran at the game, might have to get involved in the queues for that.
