Capital one cup draw - Carlisle away

My sister lives in Longtown which is 6 miles from Carlisle. Am well up for this.

Just need to try and wrangle a day off work now.

I think the club need to consider flying fans out to carlisle, it's too long for a coach! The club should do a special deal with East Midlands Airport or a plane company to fly fans to Newcastle then get a coach to pick them up from newcastle, thoughts?

lol lol lol

uninspiring fixture. Chances are we'll win by the same scoreline as the last game. Positive in terms of us progressing in the cup.

Anyone from hull going to head up there?

That where you're heading for Uni? The students ****ing love it.

I might go, but I'll be going from Manchester on the train if I do.

That's a ridiculous thing to say. We're one of the luckiest clubs in the country in that 3+ hour journeys are very rare. What about the Carlisle, Middlesbrough and Portsmouth fans? They'll have to make these sort of journeys on a regular basis and in many cases they'll travel further than the Midlands.

This. It really is embarrassing reading some of this lol the kind of clubs a lot of our fans would mock for having shit support, I have no doubt.

Many more PAPs for this game, I suppose.

Respect to anyone who can afford time and money to go all the way up to Carlisle on a Tuesday.

Winnable, but not an easy tie. They'll be very much up for it.

I'm in Keswick now, about to go and scramble up Helvellyn. Came up yesterday. Never ceases to amaze me what an awful journey it is. The club should seriously reward anyone making that trip midweek. Real show of commitment.

Free season tickets, coaches arriving at your front door, special travel to a second round cup game?

Maybe they could move all difficult away trips to the King Power in future?
