Commentator on Setanta feed down here in AUS said the sound from the home fans was deafening after the 2nd goal. Not a phrase you normally hear re our home matches! Sounded the best for ages on the TV.

I think we should, created loads of chances today and should have won even more comfortably really. Delighted for Moore to get his first goal and Vardy's continued improvement. Bit of an off day for Nuge but made no mistake from the spot at least. Wigan have a good a squad as anybody in this league and we have no reason to fear anyone. Another tough test Tuesday night against Blackburn but we should go into the game full of confidence.

I can't see a single compelling reason why any other formation should even be considered at this point. On our day playing like we did today we can beat anyone in this league home or away. At this stage of the season we should be looking to put everyone to the sword. No more tinkering please Nigel. Let's build some momentum and start piling up the wins.
