DennisNedry Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 2-2 I'll take a point after being 1-0 down for so long, but always disappointing to lose a late goal.
theessexfox Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 A good point, despite the gutting way it happened.
topharry123 Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 Disappointing to give up a late goal but i'd have taken that before the match and especially in the 70th minute. Disappointed yet content at the same time.
bovril Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 As I said in the match thread, it's a very good point with the games we have coming up. If we're serious about promotion we need to win 4 out of the next 5 games.
FoxTrott Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 Not unhappy, annoying to concede the last goal the way we did - but overall would certainly have taken this at the beginning, and especially when we were 1-0 down. We NEED to start getting some clean sheets again.
sg6 Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 Should be able to hang on to a lead. Poor by Schmeichel.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 Didnt concentrate when needed, same old thing
Vacamion Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 There were times at 1-0 that you would have snapped someone's hand off for a point. Good away point.
Guest Bilo Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 Disappointing finale but it should be looked at as a point gained rather than two dropped, especially given they've already beaten Reading and Watford so far this season. The Leicester City of February-May last season would have been turned over by a good couple last season.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 Disappointing in the end but it could've been worse. Kasper will still win us more points than he'll lose though.

purpleronnie Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 I was wondering when we'd get back to conceding last minute goals....oh well, still would have taken a point at the start.
Guest shearfox Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 We have played some tough games this month and have 7 from 9, win against Barnsley it would be a great month...
Happy Fox Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 We showed great character to get in a winning position from going a goal down unfortunately the GOds weren't on our side but a point will do we have got some fairly straight forward games coming up so not too bad
Matt Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 Said i'd take a draw before the match, I still am fairly happy with a point, although disappointed to concede a last minute penalty when we were winning though. Obviously I don't know what happened with the penalty, I wasn't there and to be quite honest I wasn't listening at that point, but surely could have avoided it!
Guest Bilo Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 The other side of the coin. The Leicester side of January would have won 2-1. Perhaps, but I'm not going to mourn the two extra points. We sounded poor in the first half and came away with something two of the favourites couldn't, a point.
AKCJ Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 Perhaps, but I'm not going to mourn the two extra points. We sounded poor in the first half and came away with something two of the favourites couldn't, a point. I agree. A point away at a team playing well is a good result in this league.
Tom17LCFC Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 I'll take it. Horrid way to lose it but before the game I'd have taken a point. Ridiculous scenes when we bagged 2 in a minute as well, that's why I love Leicester, makes up for all the shit.
Guest Bilo Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 If we can beat Barnsley at home next week, and we'll be hot favourites to do so, then we'll have taken 10 from 12 this month. Say what you like about the last minute equaliser today, that'd represent an excellent month.
Lasty Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 I'm certainly going to mourn two lost points. Could be the difference at the end of the season. Points win prizes!
iamafox Posted 21 September 2013 Posted 21 September 2013 The draw doesn't feel like a defeat to me, Blackpool were winning for most of the game so I have to say their fans should be more disappointed than we are. A point at a tough place like Bloomfield Road is a good result regardless of conceding the late goal, we should be relieved not to have lost the game considering the other chances Blackpool had in the first half.
