Fox92 Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Drinkwater is more confident now and I suspect he'd be the advancing midfielder. He looks good when he drives with the ball. Our second goal at Ipswich, and first against Millwall are examples.
Finnaldo Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 No, that would be patently ridiculous. But, you'll see loads of huff and puff today, and very little out of the ordinary. Knocky is a one-off, something different, something other teams dont have. And tbh, paying £32 for a ticket, I'd rather see 10 minutes of knocky magic than 90 minutes 'effort' from one of our strikers. (No names obviously, we dont want him upset yet again) Perhaps he feels he could make a better impact later into the game?

lgfualol Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Not confident with it but whatever. Hope Pearson proves me wrong.
Babylon Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Not happy with this line-up at all. Pearson seems incapable of dropping Nugent yet James has a bad game and is out straight away. Moore likewise has been phased out whilst a loan player starts in his position and a centre back is at right back. And it's not like he was playing poorly. He seems desperate to put his new signings in; Miquel, Wasliewski and Hammond have all been forced into a side that was already doing well. I cannot understand what he sees in Hammond. I really don't think we need a supposed tough tackler who doesn't seem to do much else, when we've got a player who can tackle and pass it with more precision and energy. Setting up to defend does not work for us at all so if that's his thinking it's not good tactics. If Knockaert isn't nursing an injury not starting him is criminal. He scored within 3 minutes on Tuesday, on Saturday he put in probably he best performance of his season so far. Like certain other players, I'm not sure what he's got to do to start. Shoot me down if you want. If we win then great but those are my initial thoughts on the selection. Actually Miquel replaced Moore against Ipswich at half time because he'd been shit, on the back of also not being great against Forest. Hammond also started at Ipswich on the back of us losing to Forest. People can't slate Pearson for never changing the winning team, and then complain that he changes it when we've actually lost a game.
lgfualol Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Wait, did I just hear that right? I thought Logan was coming on for a minute.
Tielemans63 Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Doesn't scream creativity that side does it? If we score first then it might be a good day - they score first and I can see us being right up against it.
bovril Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Great! Logan coming on for Brighton. Win guaranteed!
Carl the Llama Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Kasper's out for Logan. Oh shit oh shit oh shit.
AKCJ Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 The commentator on my live stream said that Kuzack (spelling) got injured so Logan replaces him Anybody know whats happening?
Babylon Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 About shit it then.. stupid commentator saying Logan was playing ha ha. Atwell... of FFS.
Captain... Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 The commentators are having a mare, just said that there was a late change to the Leicester side Conrad Logan coming in for the injured Kusczak, I had a fvcking heart attack.
sk3since03 Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Wood on the bench! Nugent continues to start ! = HEADSPLAP Hope im proved wrong a Nugent bags a few obviously but seriously starting to worry for Chris Wood! Proven goalscorer at this level why is he not playing ?
Captain... Posted 7 December 2013 Posted 7 December 2013 Just a shit commentator, it's still Kasper. Brighton reserve keeper in after Kusczak got injured.
