That's why the dressing room is so controlled and Vardy apologised when he got his match ban after too many yellows.But seriously, is imagine he does keep a controlled dressing room, and I believe I heard when Vardy came that his career had been a bit up and down in terms of concentration and alcohol. I'd imagine Pearson really drilled some discipline into him and really motivated him to take the step up he has.
