Bayfox Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 In their tinpot temporary stand behind the goal I saw one of our fans making his way out at the end after having been chased down the stairs, only to then be pushed down them. Mass cheering and applauding from the other Bournemouth fans. Disgusting behaviour. I seen this. I'd have loved to have seen the chavy little fecker that did it on the way out and knocked him off his feet as well. Was in a cream coat and blue cap. If I spot him in any pics I'll be emailing the police and the club.
KFS Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Makes me laugh how happy they were to see our fans being ejected. I've got the image of that disabled pointing people out firmly in my head, what a skank 'she' was.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 I didn't. Just because someone sits in a stand with home fans doesn't mean that they deserve to be assaulted. Well if you sit in the home end celebrating an opponents goals, you're asking for trouble and can't complain if you're assaulted in my eyes.
cjslcfc Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 Well if you sit in the home end celebrating an opponents goals, you're asking for trouble and can't complain if you're assaulted in my eyes. Don't be so stupid. Just because you're sat in the wrong end and celebrate doesn't mean it's then right that you are assaulted. We're not in the 1980s

Father Ted Posted 2 February 2014 Posted 2 February 2014 So this is what goes on at a Vardy party?! Get that gurn out Kingy son!

We're not in the 1980s Then don't be so stupid as to sit amongst home fans celebrating one of our goals. Pretty obvious some are going to take offence and do something more than have words, especially when they lose to late/last minute goals.

I'm not commending sitting amongst home fans and then shouting about it when we score. But, it can't automatically mean if you're assaulted then it's alright and you have no complaints. Sure, I see that as you relinquishing any chance of sitting in the home stand and being kicked out by the stewards. You may get a few vocals from the locals. But, assaulted? Give me a break. No chance would you have no complaints.
Simi Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Cracking weekend on and off the pitch. Top night out in Bournemouth Saturday night to add to a first rate curry on Friday. As for the match, I thought we defended excellently, whole of the back four deserve all the credit for that clean sheet. Knocky also had a sharp game after a couple of average performances. He was instrumental in most things that went well for us. Highlight of the match for me was singing "...Every ****ing where Leicester boys" as more and more came down the home stand to celebrate at the front with the players and fans in the home end.
El Sieffsi Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Well if you sit in the home end celebrating an opponents goals, you're asking for trouble and can't complain if you're assaulted in my eyes. ..can't complain if you're assaulted?..what an idiotic statement. Do you think Jewish people have no complaint about how they were treated by Hitler? Do you seriously think that it's acceptable to attack someone, just because they support something different to you?

You talk about idiotic statements then compare football fans sitting in the wrong stand celebrating an opponents goal to Hitler killing the Jews you pleb. I don't think it is acceptable, but I don't believe you can have too many complaints if you go running around a home end celebrating an away teams goal. Of course you're going to get lamped or shoved by one of the hundreds of people around you, someone is going to take offense to it especially when conceding a late goal that wins the other team the match. If you sit in the home end supporting the away team, stay quiet and don't celebrate the goals, cheering and going nuts is only gonna lead to conflict. There's a reason why home and away fans are separated. What's actually laughable if that this bloke thought he could take the piss in the home end and ended up getting chinned, that quite frankly is hilarious. Hopefully this bloke will learn his lesson, if he tries the same trick at a different ground.

My comparison about Hitler and Jewish people stands..millions of people have suffered because of different religions..race..creed and more. Do you think that it's "hilarious" that people are physically attacked because somebody supports/believes in different things. Would you think it "hilarious" if an opposing teams fan chinned you after the game outside the ground which left you brain damaged? Football is an emotional game..but if people can't control themselves just because their team lost and an opposing fan celebrates..then it's right to resort to attacking people?,whether outside the ground or in the stands..THAT is wrong. My point being..I don't think it's right or "hilarious" that people are attacked because they support something that has no true harmful bearing on other people. IF..you could only get tickets in Watfords end last season and IF Knockaerts peno went in..would you have celebrated had we won? Call me all the names you like..it means nothing and is characteristic to the mob mentality that you appear to have.
Webbo Posted 3 February 2014 Posted 3 February 2014 Comparing the holocaust with a fan getting a smack is ridiculous and probably offensive to Jews.

Besides, we're not talking about people supporting a different team, we're talking about fans doing something blatantly antagonistic by celebrating in the faces of opposition fans. If a Forest fan was in our end celebrating I'd love him to get a smack. I probably wouldn't do it myself, but they certainly would have brought it on themselves. It's not acceptable to go round punching people but at the same time if you're going to antagonise others you cannot complain if things happen to you. For the universe to be balanced things like that should happen. There needs to be risks to discourage such things. BTW, I'm not judging anyone who was in the home end yesterday. And I understand people get carried away and excited. But you should expect that there are some risks associated with that decision.

I've never seen or heard of football fans getting gassed and executed for supporting their team(s) on a genocidal scale. Please choose your comparisons a bit more wisely in the future.

Just because someone sits in a stand with home fans doesn't mean that they deserve to be assaulted. common sense perhaps should rule the day do you think ? Theres dickheads in every ground happy to dish one out to anyone fool enough to sit with opposing fans including Leicester.

There has to be more and more people genuinely on the wind up, that surely isn't a real reaction to something. Imagine if people talked like this in real life.
