Spudulike Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Surely the pitch invasion will be at the Brighton match ?? The Doncaster match will be for the trophy presentation and lap of honour.
One Legged Beaver Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Does anyone have any inkling as to when these tickets go on sale? My dad's already booked his flights up for this game and it would be a disaster if we didn't manage to get tickets
LCFC FOX Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 There is no way there will be a pitch invasion against Donny. A lap of honour with the trophy is much better.
Spudulike Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 We need a Royal Box to present the trophy rather than a temporary podium and fireworks.
jonthefox Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 We need a Royal Box to present the trophy rather than a temporary podium and fireworks. We've got one.Nigel sits in it.
Filbert_Ross Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 When I went in about a month ago to inquire about tickets for this game for my sister and her kids in the family stand, I was told as a season ticket holder myself I could get them whenever for her. Seems it's all change now.
lcfc278 Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 Very anxious to get these now - i think the club know the demand will be sky high. Ive been down to about 8 games this season when i can afford it and arent working so fingers crossed i get a ticket. A lot of people at work who dont even support leicester or who have jumped on the bandwagon are talking about going which will kill me if they get tickets and i dont.
Filbert_Ross Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 They told me in the ticket office today there was still no news and to keep checking online.
jammie82uk Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 Does anyone know When do sky decide on what game(s) they are showing on the final day as I can only assume that is what we are waiting for
MattFox Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 Does anyone know When do sky decide on what game(s) they are showing on the final day as I can only assume that is what we are waiting for Kick off will be the same time sky or no sky, unless they bump the prices up if the game isn't on sky
jammie82uk Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 Kick off will be the same time sky or no sky, unless they bump the prices up if the game isn't on sky Yeah I suggested that earlier in the thread can only assume that's what they are waiting for to see if sky show it first that's why I asked if anybody knew when sky selects the game(s) to be shown because until then I don't think we will know details
tallington fox Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 Hi, Anyone any clue when tickets for the Donny match go on sale I am a member and still have a voucher left! Originally they were supposed to go on sale in Mid-March but then withdrawn at last moment.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 I reckon there will be a huuuuggggeee discount in ticket prices for this. A treat for the fans or whatever. If we're promoted they could afford to take the hit
broughtonblue Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 Rang up today and they still had no idea when they will be on sale
StanSP Posted 3 April 2014 Posted 3 April 2014 I reckon after promotion is sealed. Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday I reckon.
Neil_LCFC Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 I think they can change kick off times and maybe even day if the game has nothing riding on it. So if we are definitely champions say and Doncaster cant get relegated. Doubt they can wait that long before selling tickets tho.
Dan Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 Can I ask - why are they actually supposedly so against a pitch invasion? Who exactly has a problem with it? We would be about the only club to go up to the top flight in the past few years without having one.
Tommy G Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 I think a pitch invasion is a bit cringy anyway. Fully grown adults running onto the pitch, dont see the appeal! It would be awful if about 50 people did it and then ran back off when they realised no one followed them on!

We would be about the only club to go up to the top flight in the past few years without having one. I was going to say the Groundsman would have a problem with it, then remembered it is the last game of the season and the pitch will be coming up anyway. So it has to be the old favourite, Health and Safety.
