We could've had a couple more, I think Nugent wasted about two great chances. Antonio's equalizer came somewhere out of the blue and took away some of our spirit and flow. Although Schmeichel could've done a bit better, there's hardly any goalkeeper who would've parried that hammer of a low shot away. Kudos to Wednesday - I've hardly seen a team taking their game to the King Power and maintain such a ferocity for 95+ minutes. I don't know where they've been doing their fitness training as of late, but that was well impressive. A moment of genius from Knockaert sealed all three points, but our defensive display towards the end of the game gave me some real scares at times. Still, I'm proud. This is the 27th (!) win this season and I cannot fathom what it means if we should manage to pull off 30... Amazing, really. Nevertheless, despite the shaky last few minutes, this means three more points in the bag and it could be party time comes tomorrow, 5pm. Only need QPR and Derby to fück it up now.

A little more nous towards the end when we had the opportunity to take the ball into their corners to win a free kick or a throw in will need to learned by next year. We mustn't be so naive in the Prem! Could be party time tomorrow, but more likely to be next week IMO . 27 wins. Brilliant!

Wed. they gave the boys a tough game & if I were a Sheff. supporter, I would be feeling a little unlucky not to have got a draw. Being totally honest, Wasy was lucky not to be sent off for the arm he slammed into the Sheff guy. Well done the lads!

silebyboy Posted 4 April 2014 Posted 4 April 2014 The two French lads tonight were immense! That'll do very nicely. Pressure now on QPR and Derby. I don't think there's any more pressure on QPR or Derby than if we'd lost. They've both known for weeks that they're playing for 3rd place.
