Get in! Was a bit squeaky at the end and yeah we looked a bit knackered but its been a long season and we still ****ing won!

And for the first time this season i got thw score right! 2-1!

Good luck geezer, gave us a right go and you deserved a point at the least. See you being the surprise package a la Burnley this year, and hopefully you can join us in the Prem (if we manage to stay up) :)

I hope you're right and we do meet in the Prem the following season.

i'm convinced you will make play-offs next season, played very well tonight

We have the makings of a good team but we definitely need more quality up front. Left back is another weak area that needs sorting. The lads are playing well and most importantly playing for the manager and each other too. A huge contrast to under Jones. If the league had started when Gray took over we would be top 6 right now so hopefully you're right and we can carry it on next season.

Fair play to Wednesday they had a real go and played well. Ten long years wait is almost over but lets win all our remaining matches and smash this league!!!!!

Not the best performance this season, in fact lucky to hang on in the end but 3 points is all that matters. Surely that seals not just promotion but also the title.

So glad we got the win in the end... could if been a serious punch up at work if not.

Which probably would of been a bit harsh for alot of my colleagues as this is America and none of them have ever heard of Leicester City let alone Sheffield Wednesday...

Prem here we come!!!

Credit to them, didn't give up and came to win. They should rightly feel hard done by to get nothing out of that. Nice to see a side come and play rather than set up for a draw as well.

More importantly  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:  :scarf:

It's happening, after so long!!

What has he said?

He said he thought we were by far the better side. That's the only thing I can think of that he said that would upset Weds fans.

Well he might as well get it into interviews as often as he can this season...

It wouldn't upset me if he said that but I disagree with him completely if that's what he believes. I think we were worth at least a point and were very unlucky to lose the game.

To be fair we scored 2 goals Sheff Weds scored 1 so that usually means a team deserved to win in my book!!! No in all seriousness well done Sheff Weds for making a game of it

Wasyl is such a lucky git, he should have walked but the ref didn't even give a free kick lol

Not meaning anything like moaning criticism, just an honest observation, that worried me a bit.

James and Drinkwater had solid games, but towards the end, they should of held the ball a little longer, plus I didnt see

much of them attacking the loose ball, or pressing the man on the ball, and IMO it put our defenders under unwarrented

pressure. Plus we lost our shape at the back when under pressure, Schlupp was caught in the middle too often

which a midfieldplayer should of been doing, so Schlupp could protect the ball going or pin-ponged to the flanks.

That said I thought he played well, there is luck in any game, bounce of the ball can be wicked, but we defended well, and to be honest Wasyl could of given away a penalty, but again proved his effeciency.

It was good to see we played a decent team, and we had to be at our best to show our other qualities.

I would of liked to have seen Dyer for Wood, but GTF is always good on the ball, though Dyers pace early in the 2nd half

would of, I belief would have counter acted Wednesdays pushing the game.

Hey we got ourselves the 3 pts in a tight and great game to watch.

We all know that Wednesday took us close tonight but to be honest we could and should have had the game sewn up after the first 20 minutes could easily have been 3 up by that time. Also they resorted to hoof ball and hope for the best in the last 20. So I can see where NP is coming from.

Typical of us this season grinding results. Last season we would have dropped the points.

Lots of credit their way they came to have a go, and not only that they had a reasonable amount of success as well. Couple of bits of quality turned the game in our favor, first goal very well worked from left right sublime footwork and finish from Mahrez, great free kick from Knocky.

Their goal was sloppy personified De Laet shouldn't be getting turned like that and Kasper should be saving it. As a performance on the whole it will most certainly do, I thought we'd win and I thought they'd play a bit they really came at us had a go and had they nicked something I'd struggle to begrudge them it. As it is though I think we were just worthy of the three points.

For me we were a bit poor, a bit like my farts tonight, but we got the win and that's why we're going up. You don't go 21 games unbeaten without a few close shaves. Whilst we're on the subject has anyone here shaved their arsehole before?

Not for me.

You huffed and puffed but I never felt threatened. You didn't look like scoring IMO, at least not until deep in to the ridiculous amount of kitchen sink time.

As for the Sheff Wed penalty claim, Nuhiu couldn't wait to hit the deck. For someone who Wes and Was have to look up to, I expected better.

Sheff wed deserved a point there but credit to the lads to hang on :) so happy right now. Felt like a twat celebrating in the pub on my own but sod it!

Wheres your local, w h ats the name of the pub.....did you buy a round.

Not our best performance and we got the job done which is the main thing. Wednesday made it really hard for us and didn't give it much space. Great battling win.

Loved the determination of the lads to make sure we didn't concede a second. Bodies everywhere.

All opinions I guess but we had more shots overall, more shots on target, more corners, a few suspect refereeing decisions, all in all I thought we were very unlucky and deserved more.
