Our predos starting to come in; none too confident, there's a lot of respect for you guys!

http://royalsrendezvous.co.uk/topic/10070096/1

Also, taken from elsewhere on the site:

"Really not looking forward to this game. If our players have their 'lets just turn up' attitude we might just get the thumping of the season. As it is, if our best team turns up. I still don't think we've enough in the armoury to worry Leicester. 3-1 to them and hoping its not too much worse."

""That’s what we aim to do - win all our games from here on in" So is Crosby saying that wasn't the intention before then?! 11.png Talk about stating the bleedin' obvious! Not gonna happen though is it Andy! More chance of Arsenal winning something than that happening! 3.png Have you seen the effort the players are putting in recently?"

"I imagine by 5 o'clock tonight we'll be in 9th place, 1 point behind Brighton, Ipswich and Bournemouth. The good news is, we'll have a game in hand and a superior goal difference to all of them. The bad news is, that will probably only last for just over 48 hours. Once we've played Leicester on Monday, except for a miracle, we'll have lost our game in hand advantage and our GD could be in tatters."

"It's a shame Leicester got tonked the other night, that was their foot-off-the-gas game, they'll be well up for this one."

"They'll want to make certain of the title now, especially with Burnley slipping up today. I think we'll see Leicester at their best on Monday. I reckon its going to be painful, I just hope the pain won't be unbearable!!"

"They are wounded and will want to make us pay, and the way we defend they could be in luck , sincerely hope not 5.png"

On a seperate note, I always used to think the 'Reading Festival' (the Pop festival) was actually a 'Reading' Festival (ie where bookworms used to gather and discuss their favourite literature).

No lie...

:o

lol

Nothing to be embarrassed about, Col, though I prefer the twin event myself. Yep, as a dyslexic private investigator who enjoys dog-walking, I'm really looking forward to the Leeds Festival.

I can report that Sol the wall Bamba is back in the family home, cutting up and bagging 14 tons of paper ready for tomorrow night. Oh, and he has balloons as well. Party time at the Maj Stad as the locals call it.

Posted

But just realised, paper and balloons are blue and white, so effectively he's making stuff for the home team. Anyone got dirty grey and shitty brown paper?

Done! Fancy a bag tomorrow night? Probably better to throw it than be on the receiving end.....

Not confident on this - think we've only won 3 times at the Madjeski (the rearranged game in 02/03, the FA Cup game in 04/05 & the Waghorn header in 2009). Still, we've only played there once on a monday night and won it

Edit: And we played QPR on TV the following weekend then as well.

A point will be a decent result, a win would all but secure the title.

I just want that feeling of winning the title on our own accord, pretty please footballing Gods.

Kasper

RDL

Wes

Was

Schlupp

Knocky

Drinkwater

James

Dyer

GTF

Nuge

This team please.

Just not Wood. It'll be too tempting just to hit & hope and we're too one-dimensional when he's up there, too one-paced and he can control it further than I can kick it.

GTF gave us something different when he came on against Wednesday and deserved his goal against Brighton too.

think we should try a 3-5-2 formation to compensate for vardy missing and lack of pace and to give moore a game  and also give us a bit of food for thought for ingame changes in the prem

job done   :)

chances are though it will be 4-4-2 with knocky and mahrez with wood and nugent up front  got a feeling he might play king instead of james

Bah... 2am on a Tuesday morning.

Oh well, lets hope i wake to a City win.. 3 -1 with Marcin getting one :)

I am banking on Leicester to win giving me £902 on a Derby/Boro/Foxes treble. Stake £50. :)

I don't normally bet against Burnley but have since we lost to Foxes last month. So far I am £100 down.

The title is the LAST thing on my mind - just want to get over the promotion line.

Pretty excited for this, we haven't had a penalty in a while so it's about time we had one again preferably a contentious one and certainly not a factual one.
