justfoxes Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Listened to talksport on way home from work this morning and Emile Heskey was being interviewed about Liverpools premier league title run in, and for once I nearly crashed the car as I heard Neil Warnock was positive and really complementary about Leicester's superb season and how great Nigel Pearson has been !! Wonders never cease !!
Trav Le Bleu Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 He reminds me of my scrotum You should be kinder to your scrotum.
Corky Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Pearson, for his sins, is a mate of Colin's, so that's why he's being nice. If Rafa Benitez was our manager I doubt he'd be so complimentary.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 You should be kinder to your scrotum. I had Neil Warnock's face tattooed upon it.
MC Prussian Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 You should be kinder to your scrotum. I am awaiting a Kinder chocolate package with Warnock's face on it.
5waller5 Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 He was on the FL show on saturday and came across as quite complimentary towards a lot of teams and managers, us included. I think he's mellowed whilst not having a job.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 He reminds me of my scrotum You need to go to the clap clinic
Guest Col city fan Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 I quite like him as a person. Why? Have you met him? Seriously, Warnock comes across as yet another figure that some people love to hate. Personally, I've never found him a problem particularly. He's passionate about his football, has had success and is now a pundit. Maybe I'm too nice? I can't find it in myself to 'hate' people in football like some seem to?
suffolk fox Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 Neil Warnock is a great character in the game. He is like the pantomine villain it is all a game with him and he plays mind games a lot in the hope of getting results it winds the opposition and opposing fans up. I don't mind him at all and everyone says he is a nice fella out of the game and socially. I wish him well, in all he does. He knows his stuff at Championship level so I am not suprised he wished us well and praised Mr Pearson. Remember when we went into admin, a lot of people not just Warnock hated us for what we did. A lot of businesses went to the wall because of us.
One Legged Beaver Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 He's hardly going to say we're terrible and that Pearson is in the wrong industry when we've been promoted with six games to go
justfoxes Posted 14 April 2014 Author Posted 14 April 2014 Just listened to it... he said about two words Well that's what I mean even a couple of complementary words !! Very unlike Gollom that is !!

Every club has a group of managers they hate. I imagine hull and forest can't stand nige
FoxTrott Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 I'm just putting it out there and don't shoot me down but being ridiculously ahead of things and it is just a thought etc. etc. If things aren't going so well at Christmas time and Warnock isn't in a job, I'm fairly sure his name would be banded about.

Then all of a sudden everyone else is a cheat (even though it's usually him cheating), and it's somebody else's fault when he cocks up. You see some people's true colours when things go against them.
Unabomber Posted 14 April 2014 Posted 14 April 2014 I personally find Warnock hilarious and he is a bit of a cult hero between me and my mates.

We weren't the first and we weren't the last. Besides, Colin only gave a sht because he couldn't get Sheff Utd promoted. Cos he's shite.

Lionator Posted 17 April 2014 Posted 17 April 2014 By all accounts he is a top guy. A proper t*** is Steve Evans at Rotherham.
Marky mark Posted 17 April 2014 Posted 17 April 2014 Wasn't warnock the man who said "it's a mans game " when Ian Hume was having brain surgery after one of his players assaulted him Horrid little man
