Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Managed by a man people actually wanted at this club. I'd rather go down than watch that every week.
Corky Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Pulis at his best again. Set up for the draw and it looks like they'll get it too. Bottom Half Mourinho.
deejdeej Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 In an ideal world Pulis would be our defence coach, Everton rarely had an opening.
Dan Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 I know Pulis has a track record of keeping teams in the premiership but I would rather have my bollocks chopped off than have him mange us, his tactics are terrible, don't think West Brom have had 1 attack in the match. But didn't lose. His efficiency is irritating but unquestionable.
lcfcsnow Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 In an ideal world Pulis would be our defence coach, Everton rarely had an opening. What's to coach? Just forfeit attack and bully the opposition.
RowlattsFox Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Mirallas has to score then no one cares he's stolen the penalty. Everton so poor, Barkley is not as good as people say, lukaku has a unbelievably bad first touch and Barry is past it. In some ways you have to admire that Pulis can get that sort of organisation from players he's only just met. But boy it's horrible to watch, at least we generally have a go away from home.
ScouseFox Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 barkley was ****ing awful tonight and apparently according to most evertonians i know has been all season. his lack of any end product (a shot, a pass, a cross, actually going past a man) instead just running into defenders, he's like a midfield jamie vardy.
Dan Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 It's Lukaku I can't believe. He's too limited. £28mil for a limited striker.
deejdeej Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 What's to coach? Just forfeit attack and bully the opposition. No doubt it was an ultra defensive performance, but the centre backs were superb and the fullbacks didn't once look like making a Konch/Simpson/RDL like balls up!
Corky Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 The Spanish Redknapp under quite a bit of pressure at Everton.
Guest MattP Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Imagine spending 28 million on Lukaku. Then also complimenting him with Aruna Kone. What a mess Everton are turning into.
ScouseFox Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 bainesy was right everything about everton atm is so aids
kingfox Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 I said Lukaku is overrated, yet I got laughed at.
Guest Col city fan Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 I said Lukaku is overrated, yet I got laughed at. It's clear why Mourinho was happy to get rid. 28 million quid!
Guest MattP Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Flogging Mata and Lukaku allowed Jose to bring in Costa, Fabregas and Felipe Luis. That's serious stuff in the transfer market.
Stadt Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Shifting Mata, Luiz and Lukaku for a combined£110+ million was excellent business from Chelsea/José
kingfox Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 It's clear why Mourinho was happy to get rid. 28 million quid! He is a good finisher, but back to goal he can be horrendous. The ball either bounces away from him, or he holds it up, lays it off and ends up giving the ball away.
Grewks Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Would rather watch us lose than get a point? What kind of F****d up logic is that??
filbertway Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 What's the point in even turning up for footie matches if that's how you intend to play, nobody gets any enjoyment out of that. A one off cup game I can understand, but to set up like that in the majority of your games is awful. Really wanted Everton to win, just to see that brand of football punished. Felt sorry for the Everton players with the crowd on their back. Everyone sighing at Barkley not having a shot because every time he beat a man there was another west brom player on the next blade of grass haha.
StanSP Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 barkley was ****ing awful tonight and apparently according to most evertonians i know has been all season. his lack of any end product (a shot, a pass, a cross, actually going past a man) instead just running into defenders, he's like a midfield jamie vardy. Some fans aren't too happy that he's often played out wide when centrally is usually his best position. I know he was dog-shite tonight but the whole side were.
65RosesFox Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Looked like Everton had been to the Leicester City school of crossing tonight.
filbertway Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Still think Barkley is class, I love how he drives at players. Always going to find it tricky running at 10 men I reckon.
AKCJ Posted 19 January 2015 Posted 19 January 2015 Pisses me off that if you change your manager and get a result like that you're automatically considered safe. 0 shots on target, yet a complete wankfest over that chav. But Everton were absolutely atrocious. How Lukaku is worth £30 let alone £30m is astonishing. Has absolutely no positional sense. Sick of English football at the minute. It's ****ing shit.
