justfoxes Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Get in Costa. We've got to be tight in defence with these guys Saturday unimpressive first 15min then they wake up Jesus Chelsea look superb !!

Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 But, but Chelsea won't like playing at turfmoor, because they don't know where the Pennines are......
ChrisFilter Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Can't say I'm overly impressed with chelski tbh, defence looks less than convincing whenever the ball comes within the final third for burnley. Ooof, good call ref. Doesn't matter when their forward play is this sublime.

Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Doesn't matter what we do against teams like Chelsea It's more about what we do against teams like burnley
The Doctor Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Doesn't matter when their forward play is this sublime. Forward play is good, but I'd really fancy Vardy against these, look shit scared when broken at.

Merging Cultures Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Ivanovic landed hard. The more Burnley injure the better. At least we get a good look at Chelsea before Saturday. NP will be studying the match hard.
Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 After seeing another replay, that was a definite penalty, no question
Carlos88LCFC Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 But, but Chelsea won't like playing at turfmoor, because they don't know where the Pennines are...... And they are the champions of the championship. Great result for Chelsea against an extremely impressive Burnley team. Chelsea winning this game with unknowns like costa, hazard, oscar and shurlle is beyond me.
ScouseFox Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 one of the most blatant penalties ever. booked for diving .
Grewks Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Forward play is good, but I'd really fancy Vardy against these, look shit scared when broken at. Well Ings....who had a better record last season...isn't getting the chance to break at them.
peterborofox Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 If we concede three or less on Saturday it will be a good result
AKCJ Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Well Ings....who had a better record last season...isn't getting the chance to break at them. Ings isn't anywhere near as quick as Vardy though.
The Doctor Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Well Ings....who had a better record last season...isn't getting the chance to break at them. Goal scoring record yes, but Vardy is very good at causing problems - look how many penalties and goals for Nugent he created with his play. Facecloth Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Well Ings....who had a better record last season...isn't getting the chance to break at them. Not talking about goals scored though is he, he's talking about pace.
Grewks Posted 18 August 2014 Share Posted 18 August 2014 Ings isn't anywhere near as quick as Vardy though. But you fail to see the point.... It isn't as though Ings hasn't got a chance because of his lack of pace, but just the way chelsea play. If vardy was playing in this game then Burnley would not have created any extra problems.
