You must remember our fans totally disregard the rankings when England are about 4th (they takin the piss, wtf were shit!? ) and only take notice of them when we fall to 20th (how can we be below Costa Rica, Greece, Faroe Islands???), so thanks for letting us know how it works

So England finished below two teams ranked above them in Italy and Uruguay, and also below a team which was a bawhair off the semi final (could still make it) and ended up ranked above England. No shame in coming bottom of group D then.

No shame in coming bottom of group D then. Only if they win or take it to penalties - if Costa Rica lose they'll get to about 20th, England should fall to about 18th.
