The same sources we are relying on for information had Spurs all over him back in June. It seems they dropped out because of his age, which wouldn't make a lot of sense. They will already know his age before getting involved. Maybe more to do with the length of contract he wants?

Been out at a Funeral so haven't had chance to turn on until kick off but I doubt, Tanner would write a full page spread on the back page of the Merc if it had no substance. The last rumour of this calibre was the Cardozo one and they rubbished that about five minutes after it broke...so, sounds good still everyone.

I still think this will happen mind - seems too random a link not to happen. Especially with so many sources outside of the UK banging on about it, including length of terms etc. We never got to that stage with some of the other 'rumours'.

Based on the fact they wanted Sven as manager, probably because he was about the only manager they'd ever heard of. Based on the fact they said Polo was their favourite sport. I think it's fairly obvious that they're not exactly football people, if that makes me retarded so be it.
