With injuries to 4 players too our squad is miles away from being strong enough for premiership survival.. Really hope we can get these two deals (and at least 2/3 more) completed very quickly!!

He also said a bid has been put in for Deeney which the club feel will be accepted - He dropped a hint saying it could include Chris Wood.

Many claimed we didn't have enough quality to make the top 6, let alone win the league - just check the Middlesbrough pre-match thread and look at the reaction to our line-up there, absolutely mental. And look what happened. As long as Pearson is confident, I'm confident.
