lavrentis Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Will tomorrows game break their Premier League virginity tomorrow for anyone? Can't wait.
Basingstoke Fox Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Was thinking about this yesterday. It'll be my first ever Premier League game watching Leicester City. Seen us in every other competition that we've played during the last 10 years multiple times (except for the JPT). Makes it all the more special. Absutely cannot wait.
lavrentis Posted 15 August 2014 Author Posted 15 August 2014 Doesn't seem like 6 years ago that we were down in the depths of English football in league 1
Blue Peter Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 I will be taking my Son for his first Premier League game. He's 9 and very excited!! I'm looking forward to seeing our boys at 2:58pm taking to the pitch in the top flight!
Captain... Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Liam Moore, Wes Morgan, Knocky, Mahrez, Vardy, Was
StanSP Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Liam Moore, Wes Morgan, Knocky, Mahrez, Vardy, Was Ritchie De Laet (although there's part of me got a feeling he played for Norwich (or even Utd) in the top flight?) Same goes for Matty James and Drinkwater - did they ever make it to a Premier League game with Utd? Ulloa as well.
Fox92 Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Not for me. 2003/2004 was the first season I ever had a season ticket, but I'm still definitely going to appreciate tomorrow's game a bit more. It's been ten years!
StanSP Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Not for me. 2003/2004 was the first season I ever had a season ticket, but I'm still definitely going to appreciate tomorrow's game a bit more. It's been ten years! Same as well. Although my dad paid for it so it was really no expense for me . Must have been so much cheaper back then! Sometimes find it hard to believe I was 13 last time we were in the Premier League.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 By no means my first, more like my 30th ish but this will be extra special as I can 1. Appreciate it fully after a decade of wank football and 2. Will be able to remember it clearly (if I can't its because I'm pissed, not too young)
spirefoxes Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 I was lucky enough to see the boys in top flight during Martin O'Neil era , can't wait till tomorrow.
Tielemans63 Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 This will be the first time I've ever seen us spank Everton 6-1.
Captain... Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Ritchie De Laet (although there's part of me got a feeling he played for Norwich (or even Utd) in the top flight?) Same goes for Matty James and Drinkwater - did they ever make it to a Premier League game with Utd? Ulloa as well. Ritchie definitely did, I James and Danny made appearances for United, but probably not in the league.
David Guiza Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Had a season ticket since the late O'Neil years. But, as I'm 22, it'll be the first year that I can fully appreciate everything. There's only White Hart Lane and the Emirates that I've never been too, but I can't wait to go back to the likes of Villa Park, Old Trafford, Anfield and Goodison. Also going to be weird/great seeing Liam Moore come up against the likes of Aguero and RVP after playing football with him/against him as a kid.
Collymore Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Hands up if you saw Leicester in the Pepsi Challenge?
Stadt Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 It'll be the first time I've ever seen us in the premiership I think I'm as excited if not more excited just to be able to see us on MOTD.
purpleronnie Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 This will be the first time I've ever seen us spank Everton 6-1. why would you give them a goal?
Xen Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 First started supporting in 03/04 (though had been to a few games before then), but haven't been to a prem match in that time. Gutted I'm not in Leicester this season, but I'll be sat in front of a stream, that's for sure.
Fosse93 Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Hands up if you saw Leicester in the Pepsi Challenge? Did we beat Majorca to win it?
Aus Fox Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 This will be the first Leicester City Home game in the premier League I have not attended, had a season ticket in Filbo and walkers and didnt miss a home game since the Little days. Sad times, but also very exciting, will be watching and cheering, at least I dont have to look for a dodgy stream this season.
Collymore Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Did we beat Majorca to win it? Do you know for the life of me I can't remember! I know there was an Indian and Spanish team and I thought it was the Indian team who played us in the final in the end... Probably wrong though....
isaidno Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 My first premier league game was the Villa match in 1994 . It was match after Brian Little had left us to join them , hostile atmosphere
theessexfox Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 My first and last Premier League match watching Leicester was away at United in our last season in the Prem, lost 1-0 iirc.
isaidno Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 Do you know for the life of me I can't remember! I know there was an Indian and Spanish team and I thought it was the Indian team who played us in the final in the end... Probably wrong though.... Think it was Mallorca, Maritimo , and East Bengal
ousefox Posted 15 August 2014 Posted 15 August 2014 It seems so long ago that season. Seeing packed stadiums every week is something I'm very much looking forward to. One of my favourite memories from the 03/04 season was Olivier Bernard getting the ball smacked in his face by Robert. Hilarious.
