Fox92 Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 I wouldn't be surprised if they are interested, but I'd be surprised if we let him go (even on loan).
BigMicky Posted 30 October 2014 Author Posted 30 October 2014 I wouldn't be surprised if they are interested, but I'd be surprised if we let him go (even on loan). Agreed. Nige and Pearce are good friends apparently.
lgfualol Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 No they just signed Tom ince. They can kindly go **** themselves.
Guest Kopfkino Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 They still haven't learnt. Solve the problem of a couple of bad results by just signing players
Guest Sharpe's Fox Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 They are twisting what the article says people are very idiot
Silverdaz Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 Cant see the problem the guy needs game and if Forest are prepared to take him on loan its a good thing for both parties
Jace Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 To be fair hes already proved himself at the City Ground
Leicester_Numan Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 It's been ruled out and they've signed Ince anyway. It's a non-starter

ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 No they just signed Tom ince. They can kindly go **** themselves. Can't believe after a whole summer of being 'bigged up' and playing other prem clubs AND Inter Milan off against each other, Ince is now back in the championship!
sylofox Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 Rather him go there than to a rival. Would not see him going to a prem club. But I would not even loan out Logan to the trees or the sheep. Second thoughts praps Logan would be ok. Fvck em why should we help them up.
Thracian Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 Can't say I much mind where he goes. He's talented without a doubt but if he was on the railways he'd be a shunter, forever shuffling up blind alleys, running into dead ends and leaving what he took there behind.

MrSpaM Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 Looks like it was a done deal until Ince changed his mind
shade Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 in some of the first few games I saw him play for us, he was one of the best I've seen. taking people on, twisting turning, spraying passes, it looks to me like he's lost his confidence. or it's been coached out of him.
Thracian Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 If Knockaert was given free licence anywhere in the front quarter and told not to take anyone on when more than 30 yards from goal - but to pass and support as rapidly as possible - he'd be a much better player. Just occasionally he does that but, sadly, not "occasionally" enough. Dyer in contrast was so responsible that, even if he made a mistake that cost us possession, his direct style didn't leave two or three players out of position because it was so easily "read" by his colleagues. But Knockaert does leave team-mates in a mess. He's so unpredictable they don't know where, how or even if to support at all.
Renart Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 It is irrelevant now but I really wouldn't have minded him going out on loan, even if it was to Forest. He is not making the team, and now he is not even making the squad; it would have done him some good to get some game time. I actually do not think that he is good enough for the Premier League. He had something a little different in the Championship but he lacks pace and you need that in this league to compliment the trickery - without the pace the tricks are easily read by the defenders and defensive midfielders. He is also inconsistent. The problem with this is that he becomes a risk. He became popular for us because he could do something special but the likelihood of getting 'punished' for getting caught in possession in the Championship is a lot less and, therefore, he could be forgiven for the lapses because he would then give you some magic. In the Premier League there is likely to be more time in between those moments of magic, as his lack of pace and his tendency to get found out will be exploited by better players; in addition, his 'lapses' become more pronounced/detrimental as the ball gets turned over more quickly, gaps are exploited and opportunities are necessarily turned into goals with more regularity and precision. He has been a great player for Leicester and I hope that I am proven wrong, I really do, but even at the end of last season I would have put him on my list of players that would find it tough to make the step up.
filbertway Posted 30 October 2014 Posted 30 October 2014 What I liked about him when he came on against Newcastle was that he was demanding the ball constantly, he wanted to make things happen. Still got the confidence, mid weeks performance would have done him no harm whatsoever as well. Can see him being in contention on Saturday.
