FVCK. SAKE. All came from that **** Drinkwater fannying about as usual, going backwards then giving the ball straight back to Southampton. Really thought we could get something from this. Fvcking pissed off.

Yeah because he's got nowhere to go. No wingers so he has two options of passing it to another midfielder or going back.

We are paying the price for screwing up against the winnable teams and putting ourselves under pressure against the top teams.

Yes, totally agree.

All over.

We won't score, never do away.

Just giving away possession again and again what is the point in tackling someone if you are just going to give the ball straight back to them under no pressure.

Course it was gonna happen.  75 minutes gone, no shots on target.  We were never going to do anything but concede were we

Nigel should give DN a run out. Nothing would irritate the Saints fans more than an ex-Pompey player scoring at St Mary's. He's scored here before....

I just think it'll be the same for Wood. There's only so much a player like Ulloa/Wood can do in this system.

1-0. Long. FFS.

I know what you mean. I like Ulloa and have always stood by him but do think he has been ineffective today. Hopefully wood can get something

We look absolutely clueless. There's no urge forward, no link-up play, our striker remains isolated up front, there's no incentive going forward, we lose the easiest of possessions and hardly ever cross the halfway line.

What's going on? We're clearly stuck in a rut. Can't score, can't initiate attacks, we remain lifeless and shallow. There's no leader in this team and most of the players continue to disappoint.

Poor.
