You can't go into games with a system that is designed to just hold the game for 90 mins. Good sides are going to break you down eventually. I would much rather lose these games 4-2, but at least give ourselves a chance. Score the first goal and you just never know.

More change? The approach from the management staff at the moment isn't working and will send us down. If it's not fixed by 16.55 in two weeks Pearson will be gone.
