Jakemoore Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 We were shocking tonight. We have what we have and that's that. You may not like the players, you may not like the manager, but they don't appear to be going anywhere. So sing your hearts out and back the lads. Take a look at Palace, their fans are often the difference! Sort it out.
Soar Fox Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Give me 20,000 fans who support the team and get behind them than 29,000 who slag them off and get on their backs and slag them off. Least if we do get relegated all the plastics will fvck off.
TMELcfc Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 McManaman on BT Sport just questioned the support, saying the place was bouncing 2 months ago, but even when we went 1-0 up, there wasn't much atmosphere.
Dr The Singh Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Cus most of them feared, this, a defeat, majority have no confidence in the team, we all expect city to lose, even being ahead, this is where we need a new leader, to give us the confidence back!!
Finnegan Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Wasn't as bad as their support. Absolutely awful, probably the worst large away following we've seen there in years. Possibly ever.
ousefox Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Atmosphere was terrible throughout. Dreadful for 32000
Stevosevic Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Commentators said it was a good atmosphere - I'll take the neutral view.
Guest ttfn Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 McManaman on BT Sport just questioned the support, saying the place was bouncing 2 months ago, but even when we went 1-0 up, there wasn't much atmosphere. They scored 5 minutes later which didn't really help matters
Kitchandro Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 It wasn't bad at all really, considering the shocking run we're on. You're completely misguided to start a thread on it that's for sure.
Saxondale Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Wasn't as bad as their support. Absolutely awful, probably the worst large away following we've seen there in years. Possibly ever. I agree with that. The only chant I heard was the Steve Gerrard one twice, including once after he scored.
Guest Col city fan Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 I was home late and watched it on SKY. Am I mistaken or was it like a library?
Soar Fox Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Just saw some woman post a video on Twitter of Pearson reacting to some "fan" I use the word fan loosely as by what he was shouting at Nigel I'm ashamed someone like that is associated with our club.
ScouseFox Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 yeah Liverpool fans weren't up to much bar their celebrations of the second and third. they looked nuts. our fans were woeful until the 95th minute when everyone who was left decided to start singing.
Harry - LCFC Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Give me 20,000 fans who support the team and get behind them than 29,000 who slag them off and get on their backs and slag them off. Least if we do get relegated all the plastics will fvck off. It's painful but I can just about stomach a lack of atmosphere. I cannot, however, keep calm when people are abusing their own team. Gonna confront anyone who I see doing it from now and ask them if the side in blue are really their team. I hope someone will do the same for me if I ever start behaving like that on a regular basis.
Mark_w Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 The silence I can cope with, I wish the miserable ***** would **** off though. Decent performance against a side full of pretty good international players. Still looked capable of getting something with ten men and about ten minutes to go until the third killed us. It was a fairly entertaining game against a side who are clearly miles ahead of us, so why do so many people feel the need to be so ****ing negative and share with everyone in the stands their analysis of every minute 'mistake' we make. I wish people would either shut up and watch it or support the players. Surely paying the ridiculous amounts of money they charge fans now to go and moan for 90+ minutes doesn't give anyone any enjoyment, and surely they weren't deluded enough to expect anything other than lots of defeats and maybe if we're lucky one gem of a game like United. There are season ticket holders around me who are new this season, who moan about absolutely everything we do. If you can't cope with losing, why didn't you have a cheaper season ticket for more games, when we stood a much more realistic chance of winning games in the Championship. I find it very frustrating.

Stevosevic Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Disgusting what an embarrisment. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-EvujqZaqo&feature=youtu.be Idiots at every club - I've seen worse.
Matt Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 At the end of the day no matter how loud we are, we can't put the ball in the back of an open net from 18 yards out....neither can our players.
ithuriel Posted 2 December 2014 Posted 2 December 2014 Like him or not, you do not behave like that, shameful stuff.

The bloke behind me spent the first 60 mins calling Mahrez a poof tonight, on about 65 mins he asked the bloke next to him who he was.
