RonnieTodger Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 In response to Bovril's thread, we all need to remember wins or even goals. In terms of being there for me, it has to be Joey's half-way line effort or Collymore's volley against Sunderland.
Guest MattP Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Izzet overhead at Grimsby. Just a sensational piece of play from a magnificent footballer.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 As painful as it is to say, Gallagher's second against Palace.
Webbo Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Yakubu vs Derby or Nalis vs Leeds I was going to say the same.
ScouseFox Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 when lloyd dyer squared up to vieira or when freud got strangled probs
cjslcfc Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Yakubu vs Derby or Nalis vs Leeds Agree with both of these. A few of Kingy's goals spring to mind as well. His lob vs. Coventry and volley vs. Leeds two that stick in my memory.
davieG Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Based on beyond belief and natural ability Gary Coatsworth.
Bert Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Thread should've been closed after the second post.
Bilo Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Izzet's goal at Grimsby is the best goal I've ever seen live. I've been to the Nou Camp, Old Trafford, Etihad and many others but that tops the lot.

kingfox Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Can't remember who it was against but Nicky Adams piece of skill, with a little help from the corner flag.
Kinowe Soorie Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Joey G. From the halfway line wasn't bad.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Probably this. Great scenes. Amazing, glad to say I was there!
StanSP Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Nalis vs Leeds Izzet vs Spurs Gallagher vs Forest (mainly for sentimental reasons but was still a great free-kick nevertheless) Gallagher vs Scunthorpe - the backwards header was pretty clever
Gary Eatfood Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Amazing, glad to say I was there! First time I went through the drama of a penalty shoot out too. Shame we lost.....
Stadt Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 Seeing RiRi putting every single LB that he's faced on their arse, my early exposure to lcfc was marred by shitcûnts like Danny Tiatto and Momo Sylla so to see somebody as majestic as Riyad is just incredible
ScouseFox Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 the best one i've ever been there for was gallagher vs palace. that's the best thing i've ever seen live (off the top of my head). someone will probably mention something later on and i'll go oh shit yeah that was better but i'm pretty sure that's the best goal i've ever seen live. some of knockaert/riyad's skill in the past 18 months have been very enjoyable tbf
Stadt Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 I've tried looking for Gally's back header before and couldn't find it, it was fantastic

I went mental! Iv been lucky to see a fair few wonder goals in my time including non Leicester plays but that was special.

Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 First time I went through the drama of a penalty shoot out too. Shame we lost..... Phillpot and Mills missed?
bovril Posted 23 December 2014 Posted 23 December 2014 All the ones mentioned above. Also Parker's ball on to Grayson's head in the 1997 semi final. An incredible bit of football at a crucial moment, epitomised that superb team.
