Haven't seen him play a lot recently but he has been mainstay in Besiktas' team for years. Also played quite a bit for the Czech national team. I'd be pretty happy with this. ETA: It looks like he hasn't played as much at Besiktas over the past couple of years, but I still feel like he could add stability at the back.
