Sonrisa is okay(hit and miss) but Wild Tango is up there with some of the best food I’ve ever eaten in Leicester City Centre.

I’ve booked Winstanley House now

i know Sonrisa well, but will give Wild Tango a bash too!

No logical place to put this but anyone got a good curry house recommendation for Nottingham ? Post test match next week

MemSaab was buzzing last time I went. It's a chain but much better than the ones I've been in previously. Recommend the ostrich starter

Any suggestions for one of these curry/pub places in Leicester that will show the football(not tonight) but isn’t the Woolpack?

Little Club or the Broadway

Came back from holiday last night and found out that the Shagorika in Market Harborough is now under new ownership. Thought we would eat anyway (starving!) but what a load of sh1te. Food tasted microwaved, service was rubbish, frozen peas and sweetcorn used in one of the dishes. The previous owner, Munir, been great to us over the years and pretty sure it had been in his family for a long time. Had no idea he was selling up. Real shame - nothing lasts forever.

Oldest curry house in the town. Sad to read that.

Hope it doesn't go to the wall like the Bengal did. Both proper curry houses.

My folks keep on telling me how decent the food at The Globe is. They semi regularly eat there at lunch time.

Hasn't it been refurbed? Interested in how that is

Trying to fill the void left by Peter’s on a matchday. Done Dough What, did Maurizios yesterday.

There’s a new place opened up in the old Maurizio’s unit, Pizza Sofia, that I noticed for the first time yesterday which looks pretty good and reasonably priced.
