Pearson has failed to do both of the above so why is he still employed? Unless the owners told Nigel to get relegated with ease because they don't care, in which case he is doing a good job. This circus has been going on for four months now and it's about time we made a change for the sake of the football club because let's face it, it's impossible to do worse so therefore anyone would be an improvement.
