David Hankey Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 It'll either be 0-0 or a thumping dependent on whether our multi-million pound strikers are given more than 20 minutes.
filbertway Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 It's going to be like the Birmingham game after La Manga. The whole squad comes together and grinds out a win. (Admittedly Arsenal are a slightly different proposition to Birmingham )
MrSpaM Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 It'll either be 0-0 or a thumping dependent on whether our multi-million pound strikers are given more than 20 minutes. So having our best strikers on the pitch, you still don't think we'll score? Might want to edit your post so it makes a bit more sense mate
Happy Fox Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 It would be nice to get at least one goal. We f**ked up at Palace at home and for me that was a must win game. This one isn't because we don't have the quality to beat Arsenal. ( Watch us beat them now).
MPH Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Wouldn't surprise me if we actually won this tonight. It would be so typical!
Lasty Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Tin hat on, batten down the hatches and hope its less than five when it's all over.
MikeyT Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Schwarzer De Laet Huth Wasyl Schlupp Mahrez James Cambiasso Albrighton Nugent Kramaric Subs: Hamer, Morgan, Hammond, Drinkwater, Ulloa, Konchesky, Knockaert We'll lose a pathetic 0-1 or get absolutely mullered.
Donut Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 So having our best strikers on the pitch, you still don't think we'll score? Might want to edit your post so it makes a bit more sense mate We probably wont score even with our strikers on the pitch. This could be a right royal thumping tonight. I hope to god it isnt but preparation has been terrible and Arsenal away is one of the toughest tests there is.
Permafrost Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Schwarzer De Laet Huth Wasyl Schlupp Mahrez James Cambiasso Albrighton Nugent Kramaric Subs: Hamer, Morgan, Hammond, Drinkwater, Ulloa, Konchesky, Knockaert We'll lose a pathetic 0-1 or get absolutely mullered. I like that line up. Maybe a bit too attack-minded, but I hope he goes with that.
Scotch Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Would everyone please spare a thought for little old me,who ended up with a ticket for the home end tonight. I predict a sh!t night ahead of me.
BrummieFOX Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Schwarzer De Laet Huth Wasyl Schlupp Mahrez James Cambiasso Albrighton Nugent Kramaric Subs: Hamer, Morgan, Hammond, Drinkwater, Ulloa, Konchesky, Knockaert We'll lose a pathetic 0-1 or get absolutely mullered. Exactly my team too. Think Konch and Wes will start though.
LCFC FOX Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Unchanged side no doubt. Would like Hamer De Laet Huth Wasyl Koncheskey Albrighton Hammond James Mahrez Vardy Kramavic
DennisNedry Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 The Gunners have won their last five Premier League home games (seven in all competitions). Arsenal have scored a league-high 26 goals at home this season. They are unbeaten against opposition from the bottom half of the table this season (W8, D3). The Foxes have lost eight of their last 10 away league games (W1, D1). Their tally of four clean sheets this season is the lowest in the division, along with QPR. Only Aston Villa have scored fewer than Leicester's 21 goals and failed to score more often than the 11 matches by the Foxes. Leicester are winless in 16 games against Arsenal (D6, L10) since beating them in their first Premier League meeting at Filbert Street in November 1994. The Foxes have lost their last seven league games away to the Gunners. Arsene Wenger has never lost a Premier League game against Leicester
indierich06 Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Well up for this one, first ever trip to the Emirates! Going straight from work to Angel to get on the beers. Quietly confident about this one for some reason. Ideal line-up for me would be: Hamer/Schwarzer Simpson Was Wes/Huth Konch Mahrez Cambi James Schlupp Kramaric Ulloa The Gunners have won their last five Premier League home games (seven in all competitions). Sunbury Fox Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Almost certainly not the game to try anything so radical but I did wonder if we now had the personnel to play a Liverpool style 343 formation. Wigan reverted to this formation a couple of seasons back and it also worked well for them. Team would be: Schwarzer Was Huth Wes RDL Hammond James Jeff Kram Nuge Mahrez So basically 3 mobile, fast players up front, who would interchange, with 2 fast wing backs, one holding midfielder (Deano) and James as the box to box midfielder. Anyway, just a thought!

Kitchandro Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Personally wouldn't go with 1 CM away to Arsenal. There are two.
MikeyT Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 Exactly my team too. Think Konch and Wes will start though. I think they will too to be honest.
dogadug Posted 10 February 2015 Posted 10 February 2015 There are two. No, you've just put James.. After you've been rather critical of Pearson's team selection recently I can't see this as any improvement
