Guest seanfox778 Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Fabregas is suspended, supposedly! He most definitely is suspended.*edit* apparently he's not now. Some stupid rule.
Ross 'LCFC' Turner Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Fabregas is suspended, supposedly!Matic one yellow away from suspension aswell apparently!
sylofox Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Hull play Liverpool Tuesday, so they won't have a game in hand. Sunderland's game in hand is away at Arsenal, which you could argue is harder than us playing Chelsea at home. Yes Sunderland do play Arsenal away but by then Arsenals season will be over. We have Chelsea who want to win the league. Arsenal will be saving themselves for the cup.
weller54 Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Don't think Fabregas is suspended... Although on 10 yellows there's an amnesty rule!!!!
iancognito Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Clattenburg ref Was probably the best ref we've had when he did the West Ham game, at least it's not that bellend Michael Oliver, then again they're all shocking at various times in the season. Kasper Waz Hoooth Wes Cambiasso King Albrighton Mahrez Kramaric Vardy Wood Ulloa just doesn't look fit, he's running in cement and will get battered by Terry and Cahill. If Nugent was fit I'd go with him instead of Wood but Wood might just take Terry & Cahill's attention and leave a gap or two for the quicker players. Depending on fitness etc maybe Mahrez further forward instead of Vardy if he's having injections.
The Doctor Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Matic one yellow away from suspension aswell apparently! Nope, neither of them are - 10 yellows only counts as a 2 match ban if they pick up the tenth before the second sunday in April.
Marie84 Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Or 300th minute for 300 games. Here here!! we should do something for kingy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Disagree completely I'm afraid, Vards has to be playing off the shoulder, his pace against Cahill and Terry will be key. Those two would eat deal with Wood easily.
eye666 Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Think that the Fabregas booking today means he's suspended.
Callabinho Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 It's not a must win game for **** sake. We've earned a bonus game because of our previous results, however I fancy us to nick a point.
merlin1969 Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Well Chelsea don't need to beat us now to win the Premier League now they have drawn at Arsenal today I know they will still want to win here but you feel this will help us to get something out of the game ?
Carlos88LCFC Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I think regardless of how Chelsea feel in regards to motivation for the game, if we play our best, we can get something from the game! That being said, if Chelsea are on their best, we will lose. We need to be at our best & Chelsea to be poor. It's a bonus game, if we win, fantastic! If we don't, we don't need to panic. foxfanazer Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I think they'll definitely be up for it now. Tough game but we have our own threat which they will have to deal with
Buzzell Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Expect Chelsea to win. Not too fussed about that really because we're not expecting to get anything from this match plus we have more important games to win. Hopefully we will see a good performance from the lads. 3 points would be brilliant though.
Benguin Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Apparently Costa is back so they're are going to have real attacking flare. Morgan and Kapser need to keep us organised at the back. I'd say we could realistically get a result but I'm going in with an open mind and just hoping to have a nice evening with a great atmosphere.
desertfox2 Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I've got a feeling this will be the game we see how good kramaric actually is.
Buzzell Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I've got a feeling this will be the game we see how good kramaric actually is. To put himself in the shop window for the 'Silver Dyche'.
Matt Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 Nah I think todays result will probably spur them on to beat us, I think if they won today we had more of a chance on Wednesday. That said, this is a 'bonus' game for us, a 'free' game, despite me saying that I don't want us to treat it that way and wouldn't expect anyone to, and the fact remains some of the games i've watched Chelsea in this season, they are nothing special (It's been a very poor Premiership season imo, it's been good because it's been tight and theres been surprise results, but there hasn't really been any out and out quality imo) we can get a draw.
yorkie1999 Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 They'll be going all out for it so they can win the title at home, hopefully though arsenal do us a favour by beating hull and put a bit of pressure on Chelsea plus keeping us in touch with hull.

No even if the beat us they won't win the prem on the night. Might make them play better as they have to win. A 10pt gap with 15pts to play for say's to me the have to win the next 2 to win the league.

Leeds Fox Posted 26 April 2015 Posted 26 April 2015 I'm not sure why everyone is seeing this as a 'free game', every team plays 38 league games per season, we've just got a game in hand. It's not like someone's just stuck an extra game in our season to give us a chance.

Chelsea play two games (us and Palace) before Arsenal play their next game. It could be all over by May 4th when Arsenal play Hull. Arsenal potentially have nothing to play for now except resting players for the Cup Final.
