Shambles Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Maybe it's a 4-3-3? Big Was can play right back? Kasper Was Wes Huth Konch Drinky Cambi Kingy Albrighton Ulloa Vardy Albrighton and Vardy dropping into a 5 to make a 4-5-1? Maybe even a 4-2-3-1 Kasper Was Wes Huth Konch Drinky Cambi Albrighton Kingy Vardy Ulloa
RedSoxUK Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 It's also an opportunity for Konchesky to fight for a contract.
TJB-fox Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Remember Pearson selecting an unterward team like today for Millwall away last season, and we won that day. Just hope the players fully understand the system! Big game but think burnley will prevail, really hard place to go
Guest Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Sorry for Sclupp and Nuge 2 of our best players. Glad Drinky is back. But it's only Burnley. Any Leicester team can beat them.
RedSoxUK Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Maybe it's a 4-3-3? Big Was can play right back? Kasper Was Wes Huth Konch Drinky Cambi Kingy Albrighton Ulloa Vardy Albrighton and Vardy dropping into a 5 to make a 4-5-1? It would work, but NFP would start RDL over Was.
bart Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 We saw last week that Albrighton isn't a right wingback. Add in no Schlupp and a switch to 4 at the back seems obvious.
benpicko Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Maybe it's a 4-3-3? Big Was can play right back? Kasper Was Wes Huth Konch Drinky Cambi Kingy Albrighton Ulloa Vardy Albrighton and Vardy dropping into a 5 to make a 4-5-1? It isn't formatted like that in how it's written, and he'd be playing De Laet over Was if it was
Tuna Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I'm sorry but this formation is asking for trouble. Why to win do we not only have to play well but ensure that Pearson doesn't fook us up with bad tactics and selections. I thought he'd turned the corner. We'll be 1-0 within 15 minutes.
Crinklyfox Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Maybe it's a 4-3-3? Big Was can play right back? Kasper Was Wes Huth Konch Drinky Cambi Kingy Albrighton Ulloa Vardy Albrighton and Vardy dropping into a 5 to make a 4-5-1? I've seen Was play right back and I don't want to see it again. I hope he's in the middle.
Clever Fox Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I'd say Schlupp is rested for next week. Also Konch offers more experience for today. Understandable and good choice by Nigel.
Danno Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Maybe it's a 4-3-3? Big Was can play right back? Kasper Was Wes Huth Konch Drinky Cambi Kingy Albrighton Ulloa Vardy Albrighton and Vardy dropping into a 5 to make a 4-5-1? Maybe even a 4-2-3-1 Kasper Was Wes Huth Konch Drinky Cambi Albrighton Kingy Vardy Ulloa Hahahaha
Lestoh Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I take this as being an indication that we'll try to dominate the game from the off. Control through the middle with 3 CMs and the attacking threat from each wing. I'm not too worried about Konch starting - I think an actual defender gives us the best chance against Trippier. Only thing that really baffles me is Wasyl at RB.
ealingfox Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I'd bite your hand off if you offered me a draw at this point. Disappointed that he's dropped Krammy again, but then again we've scored a dozen goals in our last few games and he hasn't scored any of them.
Danizen Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 It isn't formatted like that in how it's written, and he'd be playing De Laet over Was if it was Why can't they just put it in order starting with Kasper?
Bryn Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I think it is almost certainly 3-2-2-1-2. Konchesky and Albrighton wingbacks, Drinkwater behind Ulloa and Vardy.
RedSoxUK Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I'm sorry but this formation is asking for trouble. Why to win do we not only have to play well but ensure that Pearson doesn't fook us up with bad tactics and selections. I thought he'd turned the corner. We'll be 1-0 within 15 minutes. What are you referring to? Schlupp is out injured and he's been replaced by the next available choice in that position.
SpacedX Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I thought he'd turned the corner. Don't apologise. I suggested the same, insinuating that we hadn't been maximising our strengths. My house has been burnt to the ground and I now have several contracts out on my life.
STUHILL Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 Gutted Schlupp isn't involved. He causes so many problems with his pace and Konch can be a liability at the back, but he has got a good delivery and may suit a LWB role. Think Krameric and Mahrez could prove to be the difference here if we need a goal or two in the second half! COYB!!!
Callabinho Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 There isn't much he can do with Schlupp out is there? Be real folks, I don't think Konch at the back is a bad thing.
shade Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 why not 4231 de laet Morgan huth konch king cambiasso albrighton mahrez vardy ulloa/kramaric
RedSoxUK Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 I love the uproar and total devastation with Schlupp being out. Perhaps those in the Schlupp thread will be more sympathetic to him from now on.
Callabinho Posted 25 April 2015 Posted 25 April 2015 RDL was probably the only player who looked poor last week. I think that team isn't bad to be honest.
