RowlattsFox Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 Gone for the general consensus, schlupp, cambiasso and nugent. Vardy could turn out to be most important goal though.
Maggie's town fox Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 Schlupp Cambiasso Vardy;s goal V West Brum but only just ahead of Nuge V Liverpool based on the importance of that winning goal
justfoxes Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 Schluppy Cambiasso ( Esteban's been our commander from the middle he's calmed the lads down sorted the temperament some of his passes and assists were sublime !) And goal I'll wait for the end of our last game so far split between Nugent v Liverpool and Vardy v WBA ! Who knows 3 games to go still time for a cracker !!
Stevosevic Posted 7 May 2015 Author Posted 7 May 2015 This will surely be Esteban's greatest honour to date?
justfoxes Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 Young player: Cambiasso Player: Cambiasso Goal: Cambiasso Either you've been on the funny juice or your juiced up on Esteban Luuuurrrvvvve ??
DB11 Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 YPOTY: Schlupp POTY: Cambiasso Goal: I voted for Vardy vs. WBA just because of how it catapulted the final push of our season however independent of external factors then I would have gone for Nugent v Liverpool
Izzy Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 Vardy POTY for me, just to be different. Epitomises our spirit and 'never say die' attitude. And what a story. Non League and nearly quitting the game to match winner and hopefully keeping us up. Fair play to EC but Vardy deserves it IMO
AJSLCFC Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 Schlupp Cambiasso Cambiasso vs man utd Also 5-3 utd game for game of the season
Basingstoke Fox Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 As if Gary Taylor Fletcher is actually a possible choice for POTY, that's absolutely ridiculous. As is Anthony Knockeart and Tom Lawrence being candidates for YPOTY. These have been the easiest votes in years!
ealingfox Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 Superb trolling from LCFC putting Knockaert, Kramaric and Lawrence in the Young Player category.
Harry - LCFC Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 As if Gary Taylor Fletcher is actually a possible choice for POTY, that's absolutely ridiculous. As is Anthony Knockeart and Tom Lawrence being candidates for YPOTY. These have been the easiest votes in years! Honestly, I don't think people realise how vital that half hour at Stamford Bridge was. Not sure where we'd be where we are without him shoring up the midfield in that game. Woefully underrated impact this season.
ealingfox Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 We really shouldn't be doing this until we know if we are staying up or going down. Have to say looking through some of these options is a bit cringe and I just can't resist the temptation to answer all three questions sarcastically, sorry people. YPOTY: Lawrence Goal: Konchesky v Villa POTY: Schwarzer
foxfanazer Posted 8 May 2015 Posted 8 May 2015 I had to vote for Vardy's goal at WBA. There was absolutely nothing resembling a goal-scoring opportunity when McAuley went to play the ball where the midfield line meets the touch line. I don't think I've ever seen a Leicester player show as much determination as Vardy did in that entire sequence; it was as if Vardy had made his mind up that he was going to carry the team to victory, and nothing was going to stop him. Schlupp and Cambiasso for the PotS awards. If there were a Po2015, I'd have voted for Huth. Exactly why i chose it. Sums up our recent revival
lgfualol Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 they could have waited for today's game to include Mahrez's first.
fuchsntf Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 I want to put a couple of points on the table. Marcins re-introduction, didnt stop the rot, but I believe he actually helped us, not to cop any big defeats. Plus end of Feb, and upto now, has been one of our top consistent 3 players. Only here a short while but it is Huth who made the big difference, by getting to a better defensive understanding and organisation, improving Morgans discipline, also giving the interface between back 3 or 4 , and midfield, allowing Cambiasso more freedom to show his forward and postive role. Cambiasso, has eventually exploded in a city shirt, and been quite brilliant at times, especially in the last 6-7 weeks is that, because of his individual talent n skills or the defence now has his back. Now showing sheer class interfacing brtween defence and forward line. Vardy at to recover from injury and find his PL rythm and pace, but my God, he has been frightening the opposition, especially just before the start of this great run. THEN..there is King, there at the beginning, and there again dominant at the beginning of the late run, at the root of citys positive periods.. Just thoughts before the voting begins. YPOTY. Schlupp...22 , no contest or can Mahrez 24, sneek in. PS: GOS...that will be the goal that confirms survival.
LCFC FOX Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 What happens if against Sunderland or QPR we score a world class goal?
sdb Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 goal of the season for me is Cambiasso vs Utd He's also my player of the year, just ahead of Huth YPOTY - Schlupp
StanSP Posted 9 May 2015 Posted 9 May 2015 http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/topic/100539-end-of-season-awards-vote-now/
Stevosevic Posted 18 May 2015 Author Posted 18 May 2015 Looking at Cambiasso's wikipedia page, it seems he hasn't won a club's POTY award before. I hope he cries tonight
ADK Posted 18 May 2015 Posted 18 May 2015 Schlupp Cambiasso Vardy (WBA) Tough one between Cambi and Huth. In pure performances, probably Huth. But Cambiasso has effectively played the captain's role in addition to some strong individual performances.
ousefox Posted 18 May 2015 Posted 18 May 2015 They're not going to live stream this after last year are they? That was some class entertainment.
