Or these....

I wouldn't mind Hull staying up personally. Cos I quite like Steve Bruce.

They gotta change the 'mauled by the Tigers' nonsense though.

Totally agree ..Bruce ok guy

Sunderland without a doubt! Been scraping at the bottom of this league for a few years now and the bring absolutly **** all to it. Not to mention the fact they are clearly have no problems supporting Adam Johnson.

I feel for the fans though having to put up with that shit.

Hull or Newcastle. I despise Hull, their fans generally giving it the big one when Pearson left and then Bruce took them up, would love Nige to be able to have a last laugh. Newcastle are just a joke of a club from top to bottom, never have a group of fans deserved relegation more for me. If it's all Ashley's fault then why hound out Pardew, a man who clearly was farily decent at what he was doing. They are reaping what they sowed from the owners to the fans.

Sunderland I have zero feeling for at all. Although they are one of those teams you look at and think relegation might be what you need to clear the decks and start again, rather than patching up and making do season after season. It almost seems like they are prolonging the inevitable.

Newcastle because it's always fun seeing 'big' clubs swimming with the little fish. And drowning. See Leeds for details.

Not Hull. I'd love to see Bournemouth vs Hull in the top flight and for that matter on MOTD. Two tiny clubs who are mixing it with the elite.

I'm going to be very childish here.

Dull City Tigers every day of the week for the drop for how they behaved when we got Pearson back and refused to sell us players.

Suderland for me.....the most irritating ahole fan has started appearing at my local. Maybe he'll want to find another watering hole if they go down....he'll get a lot of stick from the regulars if he hangs about

That's a very tough one. Sunderland & Newcastle are both shit and have been for years, Sunderland are surely about due a relegation soon? Hull however are about as dull as a fixture gets and for that reason I'll go with them.

Just something about Hull really grates with me. Ughhhh. Despise them...

Then Newcastle. Yes, the fans want the best for the club but they actively hounded out Pardew and have been so bad recently it's unreal. Words can't describe how awful a team they are right now.

Sunderland I don't mind too much to be fair. They seem to have been hanging on in the PL for a while now though, without progressing.

Sunderland have convinced me after reading their forum.

I'm gobsmacked they've got a forum up there!.. Can they string together whole sentences these days?

This is tricky...

- Hull: owner is a massive bellend, so wouldn't mind them going. However I had respect for Bruce as a player, and he is quite a likeable manager. Nothing against their fans. Hate rating: 2/10 (and that's mainly for "Mauled by the tigers" with the limp-wristed jazz hands)

- Newcastle: Mike Ashley is a huge bellend, and probably the only way they'll get shot of him is if they're relegated, and a section of their fans actually want to drop for a chance to shake up the ownership. A massive club, but fans expect too much and forced a capable Pardew out on his balls when he was doing a good job considering. Hate rating: 6/10 - think they'll stay up by skin of their soup, and spend a good chunk of next season festering around the dropzone. Bin off Carver, sell any players worth over £1m, get a new scapegoat manager in and aim for 17th place again

- Sunderland: I don't know why but they're a team I have a dislike for (like Stoke) but I don't know where it stems from. Dick Advocaat seems alright and has a hilarious name (basically means Penis Eggnog). Certain fans seem to think they're massive, but I think like Wigan showed, you can't ride your luck finishing 16-17th every season. If not this season, they may well go next. Hate rating: 6.5/10 - they just don't ever seem to do anything entertaining besides take the odd pasting, don't like Defoe, don't like their kit. And their fans seem to think nothing of leaving if behind at 30 minutes.

Out of those, I'd wish Sunderland a happy relegation.

Having said that, if there's any way Aston Villa could finish 18th I would be overjoyed. Shit club, horrible fans, no ambition, Sherwood thinks he's the Buddha's sallsack.

Newcastle for me, still  think of themselves as a massive club even though they haven't won a trophy in nearly over 50 years. They are big club but not as they make out. To be honest I'm not really keen on the other three clubs, Hull cause of the Pearson affair a few seasons ago.

Would love all 3 to go down.

If Newcastle actually appoint a half decent manager they won't be down there again next season

Sunderland have been shit in the Prem for a few years

Hull are just a crap club, would love it if Pearson kept us up & Hull went down.

I have voted Newcastle, for selfish reasons of them not being relegation candidates next season, whereas Hull or Sunderland will be crap & down there again

Newcastle have got some decent players but as you say if they appointed a decent manager after Padrew had left they wouldn't have been in this mess.

This. I'm going to go with Hull just cos they were very annoying when they got promoted and thought they were going to sign Kasper. Ha!

In an ideal world though, they’d all merge into one mega-club called Sundullcastle Tigers and get relegated all at once.

Doubt that this will happen before the end of the season tho...

Villa and i'm surprised not one of you lot mentioned them. Are villa not rivals?

OP:

I'm assuming that villa are safe now and that nobody on here wants us to go down, so who do you want to take the last place?

With an eye on next season I'd like Newcastle to go down, they can't possible be this terrible next season. They'll have a new manager and Ashley will have to promise him some money. Hull and Sunderland are likely to be struggling again.

Sunderland's fans the last couple of days have been hilarious, outside of Stoke we haven't really had such bizarre impotent aggression from other fans this season, something which has been missing since we got promoted from the Championship.  I know we'll be able to count on Watford for some more hilarity next year but I'd luck Sunderland to stick around, things can get pretty serious in this league so you can always do with a laugh.

Not that they were ever in the running for my vote anyway: Mike Ashley's Micky Mouse Club all the way.  If Hull can beat Spurs then it might well happen, but realistically I'd expect to see the Tigers take that last relegation spot.

I voted Hull.....

but could very easily put Newcastle instead.

Hull will likely drop and stay down at their true level of League 1.

It would be nice to see Newcastle do a Leeds too ;)

Living in an area of the country where I receive Yorkshire TV and Hull are absolutely worshipped, I'd love to see them go down.

Their bitterness towards Pearson and the sheer hilarity that would ensue if we were to sign Robertson and/or N'Doye just seals it.

Look North? What a programme. Nothing beats the Lincs FM jingle though. "From the Humber to the Wash, across Lincolnshiiiiiiiiiiiire"

Yeah I'm getting nostalgic for local radio jingles.

Anyway, of the options I'd probably like Hull to go down.

Look North isn't too bad, Calendar is horrendous.

The Lincs FM jingle is still the business though.

As we come up I would Newcastle because you'd think they would improve next season with a decent manager and maybe spending wisely (well for a while) whilst the other 2 would without major improvement be strugglers again.

Think it will be Hull TBH though.

The money men would like Sunderland and Newcastle to stay up I guess.
