Got this a day early. Usually I'd be really happy about that but I'm not actually enjoying playing this much tbh. It's not driving me mad, it's just quite boring. Games are supposed to be fun! I'm hoping it'll improve.

Not having any Leicester songs in the game is an absolute joke though. Having We are Leeds as the generic chant in the ground just rubs salt in the wound.

Got this today, only managed 1 full game before the servers went down. I have the full Leicester squad except for IF Mahrez. It's annoying that there is no recognised LM/LW for us on UT. Bought some fifa points and got Kompany, Boateng & Vidal. So hopefully a few coins coming my way when I sell them.

So far so good, although I did lose my only game 2-1. Will give it the benefit of the doubt for now.

Purchased this afternoon, got my ultimate team going and really enjoying so far. Yes the passing is more difficult and pace isn't a huge factor this year but I'm finding if you pla shorter, more simple passes you have greater success. I'm trying to build from the back, get the opponent to come rushing forward and it's easier to create space for the midfield. I've got Kante and cabaye as my sitting midfielders, Ngolo just gets his foot in everywhere! So far so good

Started a career mode. Opposition are so good at keeping the ball and I can't even put a few passes together lol I can't seem to shoot with any power either

 

Agreed. I find it quite difficult to score. Score 3 in a row in the first half but then cant get anything in the second. Once I have found out the way to score I think it will be easier. Seems really hard goign through the middle now.

I swear if I have another huge CB catch up to Vardy I'm gonna lose my mind.

 

Some thoughts:

+Clearances and one-touches are more realistic. Defenders retreating towards their own touch-line can no longer magically clear the ball back to midfield. Same with any touch be it a header or otherwise--- they rarely complete those awkward passes where they do a complete 180 pass and hit the target.

+As I mentioned yesterday, you don't have to be as shy with shot power when you're in the box.

+General movement is getting more realistic. Still not perfect, but there is a difference despite what some people think.

+Keepers aren't as brainless as in 15. Still need a lot of tweaking (see long shots below) but I'm not having to manually call the keeper out to pick up a stray as I did last year.

 

-The decrease in importance of pace is too much. They need to find a happy medium to what it is now and what it was on 15.

-The refereeing is unbelievably, wildly inconsistent. Don't even bother getting physical with an attacker inside of your own box. I'm shocked at the amount of penalties I've given away for no reason.

-Long shots are more potent than pace was in 15. They're beyond overpowered. Almost every goal against me that isn't a penalty comes from well outside the box and it's often a player with mediocre long shots. If a player is remotely open between 20-30 yards, the keeper will at least be challenged. It honestly seems easier to score from 25 than from 8 or 9.

-I've seen some absolutely ridiculous, impossible angles on goals.

 

 

As Leicester I'm seeing: Club America, Seattle Sounders, Tigres, Monaco, Boca Juniors.

Just had my first go. It's just another fifa game, no surprises and no wow factor.

They've played it very safe again and EA will go on making money from us again.

Same again next year.

Can't get into UT because of this censored word bug, they are working on a fix now according to a quick google search....unbelievable!

Any suggestions/help?

I like the play online. When you play against a human it's great.

Playing on world class on career is ridiculously hard. Opposition just have the 70% of the time. Might have to drop it down to professional after 0 goals in 5, conceding 3 zzzzz

Gotta unlock those coin boosts in the catalogue for ultimate team guys. Theres a few 1000 coins x 10's if you have the right EA sports level.

I havnt heard it either tbh, only one I've heard during Leicester games is 'shall we sing a song for you'
