foxfanazer Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Come on you Stoke fookers. Big up to the Oatcake massive!
Livid Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Come on you Stoke fookers. Big up to the Oatcake massive! Not sure what I want today a win for Arsenal takes them top, a Stoke win keeps their run of form going and they could be looking top four. Liverpool/United preferably a draw. I'm thinking top four now.

Both games being draws would be fine but Stoke win would be perfect imo
Tielemans63 Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 West Ham have been linked with a move for Mario Balotelli. Lets hope that one comes off and that's them out of the CL picture.
Livid Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Might be wrong but hhaven't Stoke stumbled a little bit recently? Both games being draws would be fine but Stoke win would be perfect imo Three wins on the bounce in the league, lost in the cup.
foxfanazer Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Three wins on the bounce in the league, lost in the cup.Ah right Still don't think they're a threat at the moment
Livid Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Ah right Still don't think they're a threat at the moment No I just don't want to see anyone other than us gaining momentum.
foxfanazer Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 No I just don't want to see anyone other than us gaining momentum. If we'd have won last night I'd have wanteda draw today but either eway we've just gotta do our own thing
StanSP Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 as above, gotta focus on ourselves but a Stoke win would be preferable for me. Means we stay on top longer!
Stevosevic Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Do we actually want stoke to win? If they win today then beat us next week, which the way we're playing is very possible, would leave them only 6 points behind us.
KFS Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Think we've got to be looking at Arsenal to win. Let's be realistic, we aren't going to finish top, so batting off the top four rivals is more useful. Saying that, if Stoke win today it might make them more complacent next week.
StanSP Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Do we actually want stoke to win? If they win today then beat us next week, which the way we're playing is very possible, would leave them only 6 points behind us. I'd rather Stoke win than Arsenal win. The other way of looking at it is it breaks up Arsenal's momentum? They could win today and then we beat them next week. We're then 4 points clear of Arsenal?
Nalis Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Probably the first time I'll ever want Stoke to beat Arsenal.... which means Arsenal will finally win at the Brittania.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Couple of games to watch today. Stoke are a very good side but Arsenal have the opportunity to go top with a win. Then there's Liverpool v Man Utd in which I cannot call either way how it will go.
LCFCFOX6190 Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Fancy liverpool they seem to turn up for the big games
Harry - LCFC Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 A Stoke win would be the worst result for us IMO. Crazy how quickly expectations can rise. United's game is the focus for me, anyway.

Arsenal win for me or draw, top 4 we have a chance, were are not going to win the league
Guest Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 the only thing that can turn tonights result into a good point is stoke winning tomorrow. come on you fúkkers! I think we should expect Stoke to beat Arsenal - and we stay top.
StanSP Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Stoke aren't getting top 4 . If they do, I'll get their badge tattooed on my back. Huge.
The Doctor Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 Sorry, are people concerned about stoke winning because if they do they'll be 9 points behind us? Obviously want a stoke win to stop Arsenal taking advantage of last night
Stevosevic Posted 17 January 2016 Posted 17 January 2016 They are playing us next week though so in a week that gap could be 6. And with their record against Arsenal and the way we are playing, it's very possible.
