hornyhollthefox123 Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Yeah but in all seriousness is there any actual proof / link that says this? And no that doesn't include bloody first4lcfc
VLC86 Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Yeah but in all seriousness is there any actual proof / link that says this? And no that doesn't include bloody first4lcfc Yes, Someone stole a copy of the contract which proves its true.
benpicko Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Get him signed up. This is an area that actually needs improving. You don't think we need another striker or two?
Ed25 Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Yeah but in all seriousness is there any actual proof / link that says this? And no that doesn't include bloody first4lcfc Yea, if you don't want to see their relaying of information, here is the Mercruys relaying of the same info. http://m.leicestermercury.co.uk/Transfer-Rumours-Marseille-Caen-talks-Leicester/story-26841403-detail/story.html Whilst the Mercury are not always the fastest, they are a proper organisation and would not have said it if it had not been reported by at least a somewhat credible French newspaper/media outlet
hornyhollthefox123 Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Some bits on twitter about Marseille and not negotiating? Anyone who speaks French by all means have a look and translate - @OManiaque: Selon @laprovence, l'#OM à proposé 5ME pour Kanté non négociable. L'#OM attend la réponse de Caen.
talking_goldfish Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Marseille are unwilling to negotiate on the 5 million Euro offer. Awaiting a response from Caen EDIT: According to @laprovence
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Marseille have offered €5m and are awaiting Caens response
LCCFox96 Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Marseille have offered €5m and are awaiting Caens response Hopefully Caen will tell them to foxtrot oscar with that offer, shut down all negotiations with them and allow us to hammer a deal home. From what we've heard Kanté would be a real coup for the club.
Fox 4 Life Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Hopefully this will piss Caen off enough to sack off future negotiations. Also may shown Kante that they aren't hugely serious about him. They just got 12m for Payet so they could pay more!

Anyone who speaks French by all means have a look and translate - @OManiaque: Selon @laprovence, l'#OM à proposé 5ME pour Kanté non négociable. L'#OM attend la réponse de Caen. Translates as this: OManiaque : According laprovence , the # OM proposed 5ME for Kanté not negotiable. The # OM expects the Caen response Marseille making a take it or leave it offer? So Caen either accept €5m from OM or €10m from us. Seems an easy decision for them. So Kante will have to decide on going to Leicester or staying at Caen by the looks of it.

sdb Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Bloke clearly doesn't want to come here. Would like him here - looks class, but only with the right attitude. Which would mean wanting to play for the club, which he obviously doesn't.
Babylon Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Not now Pearson has gonewe don't know there was one, we don't know it was Pearsons decision if there was one, we don't know it's gone even if it was there.

RedSoxUK Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Don't care if he doesn't want to be here, he will suck It up when he's getting paid double. If Caen gives us shit after OMs frugality, let him stay in Caen where he'll command a much higher salary. I think we will win this one,.
nnfox Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 we don't know there was one, we don't know it was Pearsons decision if there was one, we don't know it's gone even if it was there. We don't no there was one but I strongly suspect it had nothing to do with Pearson either way. Pearson's job was to organise the players, get the best performance possible out of them and make sure they behave themselves. The day billionaire businessmen allow a footballer to dictate financial strategy for the club would be a very dark day for us.

History might well repeat itself here.
EnderbyFox Posted 6 July 2015 Posted 6 July 2015 Maybe he's waiting to speak to a Manager before he makes his decision
Babylon Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Don't want him, seems his heart is elsewhere. Or... he would rather sign for someone with a manager.
RedSoxUK Posted 7 July 2015 Posted 7 July 2015 Like a Beckford or Gallagher or Mills? History might well repeat itself here. They're either exceptionally stupid buys or shit players. Kante see Kante being one for the bad list
