The express have simply come to that conclusion based on the fact marselle have moved on... Still no closer to signing him... and i'd be really surprised if he agreed to join us when we have no manager...

This happens to me too, every time I see an update on a transfers thread I immediately assume he's been confirmed on the OS, instead it tends to be about how okay of a manager Rob Kelly was.
